“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”

Both seemed to be really enjoying their job and made my day work a small drawing of a pumpkin and the message safe travels written on the lid. Nice to see young people that don't just do the minimum to get by.”

“Visited this cafe and was impressed by the clean and friendly atmosphere. The Spanish omelette was absolutely perfect, accompanied by delicious fries and baked beans. I also indulged in a Tuna sweetcorn mayo sandwich with a side of fries (I was very hungry) and it was spot on. The service provided by the young lady was excellent. Overall, a solid 10 out of 10 experience. I'll definitely be returning.”

“Just had a 1 night stay for our 40th wedding anniversary had our evening meal and I had a fillet steak it was beautiful, my husband had the lamb pie it was very tasty but a bit on then small size. The room was spotless and very spacious, breakfast was delicious, I will definitely visiting again. Thank you”

“Very reasonably priced for Alton Towers. Most for outlets there are a rip off, but Woodcutters was on part with most pub food prices and the food was good, not great, bit could have been worse. Not much atmosphere though.”

“We both ordered a smothered platter. The steak was exceptional! Generous portions of all 3 meat. The layout/design reminded me more of a home with sofas and large spaces. It was late on a Sunday evening, yet staff was still welcoming and friendly. Perfect start for our holiday en route to the airport.”

“Love this Asda. Staff are always so helpful. Fruit and vegetables so fresh Lots of different meats to choose from The hot roast chicken is delicious I went to the checkout today and was served by a really lovely lady her name is Sue. She was so pleasant and we even had a brief chat about how often she uses her air fryer to cook lots of delicious meals. I said I must try this. As yet I haven’t used mine. Thank you Sue. “Had a half hour to spend between trains - Hero's bar was placed conveniently right next to our platform, so enjoyed a pint in this cosy wee pub whilst we waited.”

“This is a coffee shop offers costa coffee branded drinks which is always a good point to buy a hot chocolate at the end of the day when you need it most, it's located in the forbidden valley and does have a small outside area aswell as the indoor coffee lounge but as you can imagine it's somewhat noisy based in between one of the nemesis rides and Toxicator so not ideal if you want a quiet 10 minutes throughout the day. But it is ideal if your planning on leaving via the exit gate at galacticor which is next to all the car parks”

“Haven't been to these services for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Modernised, good range of outlets, good toilets that were clean, good van and caravan parking and pleasant places to sit inside or out. Coffee and cookies at Pret were what you'd expect with pleasant and efficient service.”

“I have recently been shopping at dunelm quite regularly and often go in the Pausa Cafe. The food is lovely and the staff well so friendly and work hard. However I have noticed that the prices for the breakfast have gone up considerably over the past few weeks. I don't mind paying the sxtea”
