“Can't fault it, large carvery selection, quality cooked food and great friendly service.”
“Had a brilliant few hours here today, it was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Changing rooms were clean. Lockers are £5 but refunded on your way out. Drinks and snacks/food are pricey. We all had plenty of opportunities to ride on the slides without queuing, we all loved the rapids and the wave pool. All the slides were open today. The outdoor pool wasn't open. Only disappointment was we had to pay for parking, I hate for paying for parking anywhere!! We will definitely visit again!”
“Lovley to walk round the Lake looking at the Beautiful Swans,we walked right through the middle of them with 2 dogs & they just ignored us , many Canada Geese ect and the Cafe was open as well. Lovley change from traffic to have a bit of peace.”
“despite a current refit the service at argos was brilliant and super efficient. also a big thank you to Owen who offered and carried a heavy box to my car! superstar!”
“If you want to pick up a delivery in a few minutes go here. Also nice staff. I was browsing through a book as a worker went to find the thing I brought and I didn't even make it halfway through the first page”
“Plenty of dinning tables and chairs, sofas, side tables etc. great shop with varied pricing. Highly recommended! Some reviews mentioning the damp and facilities are accurate, but don’t miss an opportunity to find great stuff”
“You know what this place has changed. It went really downhill and we stopped going for many years. The new management is top dollar and they have done a proper job. The place is nice and well cleaned and the food freshly cooked to order for breakfast. I'd go back there and eat again, its cost effective and a no nonsense simple menu. It isn't a top end restaurant and doesnt elude to being so. But the display of food and the taste... well it was dot on!”
“Great Experience - Great Staff - Great Facilities We celebrated our Staff Christmas Party and all 25 of us had a fantastic time. Bowling, drinks, arcades and Pizza - all enjoyable. The staff were brilliant - Thank you.”
“Polar Palace is a great place to take your kids Climbing frames, giant slide, ball pits and under 5's play area. There are also go carts that are £1 a go. Hot and cold food and drinks available”
“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”
