“I absolutely loved this place I took my niece and nephew there and they usually do not eat a lot but this time they finished their food and even asked for more!! This is my new favourite place!!”
“Great service amazing staff friendly and a warmly atmosphere on a cold morning.”
“Staff were all super friendly and really knew their stuff I was impressed! the samples were a nice touch, ended up buying a flavour I wouldn’t have considered otherwise. Thank you”
“Toffs is a wonderful cafe right in the middle of Hanley. It's got a gorgeous terrace facing south meaning you've got sun all day. I had a latte and a baklava, probably the best I had in my life. And the family who runs the business, they are the friendliest you can get - you won't get a better welcome and service anywhere near. Will certainly return.”
“Well this is my 3rd time at the vale cafe in burslem. Well recommend everyone in Stoke on trent to go and try it out full English breakfast £6.00 fantastic sue and other lady are great you go in as a customer and come out as a friend sue knows how to have the banter with everyone. Thanks so much .xx”
“We held my friends baby shower at hettys today and they kindly let us have the upstairs room and served us high tea. It was such a beautiful room and we felt very special. The food was amazing and the scones were out of this world.”

“First time visit after many times walking past. Absolutely delicious! I had the large breakfast, which was huge,It came with two toast and a tea for £6.50,what a bargain. Definitely will be visiting again.”
“Egg Benedict of Wedgwood Tea Room went well above average: yolks are just right, prefect muffins and exceptional cider braised ham hock topping… without mentioning the price/quality ratio and served in their very own tablewear that everyone comes for, it’s a must try for the visit.”
“Best butty / breakfast bar in town! Always fresh red hot food! Been going here for a few years now and never had any problems! Lovely staff also! Accept cash & card Small seating area & delivery's available”

“I was here around 12.40pm on Saturday 27th September and feel compelled to compliment the young lady with the long ponytail who was single-handedly serving a long line of customers with efficiency and kindness. She was unflappable and I saw her genuine warmth in taking care of someone who clearly had a learning disability, despite the queue. It’s rare to find that hospitality on the high street nowadays. And to top it off the coffee was great.”
“Fabulous cafe Great service, fast turnaround and food was delicious Perfect chips”
“Great team, always happy to see us and clean and tidy. Good selection of Gluten free food.”
“Good breakfast to start our day. I think Stoke-on-Trent is famous for oatcakes. My first time to have it and I really enjoyed. The oatcakes were very fluffy and was held together well with the melted cheese. The mushrooms were very juicy and plump. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The egg had a slightly runny yolk which made it creamy too. It was a filling dish. I wanted more but I cant really have more otherwise I wouldnt fit in my gown ( I was gonna attend a wedding)”
“we love this cafe, our family comes here every year in the autumn”
“Amazing takeaway with the best garlic mayo in the world. My family have been ordering from here for over 10 years and it’ll forever be the best ! Thanks guys ( Taylor st )”
“Beyond brilliant service, was offered cheese oatcakes even though they were closed, oatcake really nice would highly recommend”
“Greeted with a smile , two very helpful members of staff & chef ,so served swiftly with delicious hot food. If you have a big appetite try the XL breakfast , it takes some doing. Daughter had sausage and cheese oatcakes , which she commented were delicious & a kit Kat milkshake which also had the seal of approval. Great stop off on the way to towers or drive to and try. Massive thumbs up.”
“Very helpful and considerate to my wishes.”
“Fabulous food, all freshly cooked, amazing oatcakes, breakfasts, omelettes and much more. Very reasonably priced, the only place I know where you can set a coffee under £2. Brilliant”
“As its attatched to sainsburys its entrance is used by a lot of people using the supermarket, every time I go in its a struggle to fund a seat as I see on quite a few tables -1 person 1 laptop but taking a whole table with all their paperwork & backpack on the seat next to them. I've seen on 2 occasions a theft from sainsburys & they cut through Starbucks to get away quickly. I think it should have been placed where the old sainsburys cafe was. Even half of that space would be twice the size it is at the moment.”
“Zoë was so nice she gave us her trolley when she saw our hands were full a very merry Christmas”
“Great addition to Festival Park and next to the supermarket. The large windows surrounded the building means plenty of natural light flowing in, which is lovely. Interior space is airy and entrance is wide, so you don’t feel crammed in as soon as you enter. Staff are great and smiley!”
