“A great venue to hold events. The staff are delightful and support the hosting of any event in their spacious event room. We had a buffet of food which was great. Drinks are reasonably priced and there is a large variety to choose from. The bathrooms are clean enough for a pub venue. The back of the venue has a bowls field for a bowls club. There is plenty of parking and my car felt secure.”

“Only problem is it gets very busy! It's a lovely playground in a beautiful setting. The nearby visitor's center provides refreshments and toilet facilities.”

“Really nice soft play, my son had a great time. But special mention to the two women who were working when we visited - my son has a peanut allergy (which can make it really tricky to eat when we're out, and I can feel quite anxious). The manager got me the food packages so that I could check the ingredients and made me feel so at ease. The other woman working made me feel so much better when I was apologising for being a pain. I felt really understood and comfortable. They were just great. Thank you!”

“The place is nicely decorated, food was cooked to perfection and the signature milkshakes were yummy, would reccomend! Ordered peanut butter jelly signature milkshake with added flake & the caramel brownie one too also with a flake. The peanut one was nicer. Also ordered the breakfast king - states on the menu includes black pudding but I didn't find any in it. However, that's not a complaint as I didn't want it anyway.”

“We had our sons 7th birthday party here yesterday. Libby and the staff were very helpful and made the whole party run smoothly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We appreciated that staff limited the amount of non party children so that our SEN children were not overwhelmed. The food was great. The whole party was great value for money. Thank you to all the staff and especially Libby. Highly recommended for kids party.”

“Another Santa Sleepover and every year it doesn't disappoint! Our son is autistic and has additional complex needs, all of the staff are so understanding and helpful. Highly recommend The Secret Garden restaurant, the food was fantastic and you never had to wait long for the buffet to be refilled. Lovely staff, comfy beds, and great entertainment.”

“After been turned away from a pharmacy being told that there was nothing they could do for my sore swollen throat and roof of mouth even though I told them I was struggling to eat and drink and felt unwell (without even assessing me) simply told visit your dentist or doctors, I went to my usual pharmacy in ASDA as always really polite and helpful staff and the pharmacist was amazing as always She gave me a proper check over and told me I was boarder line throat infection and although anti biotics aren't advised at this time that I was to go back in 2 - 3 days if it wasn't any better to get anti biotics she did however she did give me a throat spray with antiseptic and numbing stuff and explained the difference between what I had already tried and what she was giving me Absolutely amazing service as always ( i only went to other pharmacist as it was close to work) In future I will stick to where I know Highly recommend Liz”

“Where to start….. I hope that management recognizes this and acknowledges the exceptional staff at this Co-op branch. I moved to Nantwich a couple of years ago and the staff have always been amazing and helpful. Every single one of them. This review today is down to Matt, one of the team leaders. Today, I came in as a regular and asked Matt for some advice. During our advice session, he informed me that my payment declined a couple of weeks ago, but I didn't have to worry because he took care of it. He has seen me several times since and hasn't chased me for it, which indicates that it was a genuine act of kindness. He spent his own wage on a shop that cost £30. I assume there is a procedure for people who don’t pay (especially if intentional) which this was definatly not and an honest mistake. he knew me as a regular and they know my daughter who is disabled so he knew this wasn’t intentional. I made it a point to repay him, which he declined, which was lovely on his part. Although it was a random act of kindness, it was significant, but I had to compensate for what he had lost. He deserves every penny he earns. But thank you, Matt. Due to my ADHD, I am prone to making mistakes because I don't slow down enough. I appreciate you trusting me and not judging me. Thank you for being a remarkable civilian and for being truthful. The fact that he did it and has seen me since without mentioning it is just so admirable on his part, although it was a rare special circumstance.. I am pleased that I have found out and repaid what I owed him. Had I left it to the co-op, it would have been their problem, but he took care of the company from his own back. Thankfully, there were no losses and everything was paid for. Co op you have an outstanding team. I want to express my thanks as a local fan :) Please note shops are not free. I will be making sure in future payments go through and i hope everyone else does too . But again thank you matt .”

“I visited Funsters in Crewe today for the first time with my 10 year old Grandaughter and I was blown away with the size of the place it was amazing. It was clean ,the staff were lovely and very helpful, the food was fantastic and good value for money. I'm sure we will be visiting again soon.”

I’ve read a few reviews slating the portion sizes … some people will NEVER be satisfied and expect the world for free. Prices are insanely low and I commented to my friend that he needs to up them! “We had a great time at the Splash Landings hotel. The location with water park onsite, and proximity to the park is excellent. Minor gripes that the weather was roasting and the little fan in the room was barely adequate, it may be an idea to improve the cooling facilties within the hotel. I also wonder why they provide some entertainment at night, but take hour long breaks in between, so people rarely sit and wait for the next one. Why not just have a full evening of entertainment, there are hundreds of guests and I'm sure it would be popular.”

The pub’s Christmas decorations were beautifully done, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made our experience even more enjoyable. This is easily one of the best Greene King locations we’ve visited locally, and we’ll definitely be returning!”
