“Came here for lunch and had delicious food. I had a regular size (which was a decent size) pizza Arriba, which was delicious! The dough is fantastic, I like a doughy pizza and this one delivered on that. The toppings were really generous, too. I did ask to change the chorizo to nduja, which was kindly done for me, although after ordering and paying, I was then told there were no peppers available. Not a biggie, but I think it's fair to be told things like that before paying. My wife went for the Mancini pasta, which she said was also delicious. Especially the mushrooms in the dish. I tried one and agreed that the flavours were incredible. They taken on the flavours of the chorizo and were just so moreish! She said it was only warm, though, and could have done with being a bit hotter. The drinks we ordered they didn't have in stock, and I got the impression they maybe don't stock what's on the menu as they had other beers (although they didn't have it available to buy, just had one on display) and wines that weren't on the menu, which again isn't a biggie, but a little strange. The staff were friendly. We paid just over 32.50 for the pizza, pasta, glass of wine, and a beer, which we felt was fair, especially as the food was so nice. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would go back again.”

“Walked in to a warm, welcoming , pizza smell. Shared olives to start and it was a very generous portion with lovely salted bread and olive oil. Had already ordered a pizza each which was delicious but very filling. Brought a doggy bag home. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The only down side was there wasn't a wine list and we ended up paying heavily for the drinks. Will definitely book again.”

“This is the best pizza you'll ever have! The pizza was absolutely delicious. The price was amazing also, what a bargain! Its made fresh there and then and the staff were professional and pleasant. It only took about ten minutes from ordering to walking out the door with the boxes.”

“Our family met up with our in-laws from the North West, and this cosy restaurant was the perfect place for our birthday celebration. The presentation of the meals was amazing, and the birthday guests were treated to a lovely surprise cake! A special thank you to the owner, who kindly posted our daughter’s forgotten book back to us — such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much they care about their customers. “Had a bhuna which was outstanding. Biryani which was an actual biryani not just coloured rice. Garlic cheese naan very cheesy and soft. Pakoras best I’ve ever had with a delicious homemade raita. Shami kebab clearly handmade and covered in tikka onions, 10/10. Without a doubt the best curry I’ve ever eaten and I’m probably into a couple of thousand curries at this point. Absolute best takeaway I’ve ever eaten cheers Latif.”

“We called back again tonight this place is amazing great staff the place was buzzing, even though they were full we didn’t have to wait for our food. If I could award them ten stars, how can you improve on perfection, but they did it again visit for yourselves. Thank you for a wonderful evening Wow this place is fantastic well worth a visit. It isn't very often a Restaurant ticks all the boxes but this one does Great food Pleasant and very friendly staff. And best of all value for money. Good disabled access entry from the main street out of the car into the building. Please make the staff aware of your needs when booking your table. The Crown carpark is at the rear, a quick 2 min walk over the road well sign posted and it's only a £1 after six Thank You for a great evening and we will be going back.”

Was a little while of a wait for food but not enough to complain about inside, just worth noting. A lovely meal once again and will always be one of my favourite Italian restaurants.”

“Went here for a relative’s 40th birthday. Lovely space on the first floor for big parties. The pizzas and pasta are delicious here and very well priced! Authentic Italian food. Service is superb, we had someone who wasn’t happy with their order, didn’t realise it would be so plain and the staff immediately bought out a difference pizza on the house - never seen service like it! Very good restaurant and plenty of tasty sounding dishes on the menu! Highly recommend, nice little Italian in the middle of Shrewsbury! I had the garlic chilli spaghetti which was delicious with a nice strong kick!”

“I ordered pizza tonight and I want to say what an absolutely lovely lady I spoke to on the phone. There was a slight hiccup with the order and I was contacted and after a genuine apology it was soon rectified. From what I can gather it was the ladies first day, and considering that her customer service skills are wonderful she is a lovely asset to the shop.”
