To give some context my dog was just over 1 year old at the point of his first visit. They built him up slowly, allowing me to visit several times, then with trims and baths right up to a full groom, which he has had 2 of now. The girls here are brilliant, they are clearly dog people and they listened to me when I first went there. My dog loved his visit today. They are very knowledgeable and professional...I'd recommend them to anybody.”

“What a find this cafe/grooming salon is. I needed my dogs nails clipping, and when I googled if there was anywhere local I could have this done apart from the vets, it stated Charlie and co did a walk in service. We arrived no issue, the young lady in the salon was brilliant with our dog who is a rescue, so we were unsure if he would be nervous, he rushed into the grooming area no problem, we went and had a coffee and before we knew it he was done! Fabulous service we will be back. The girls are a great team. Oh and lots of doggy friends for your pouch to meet downstairs in the cafe.”

“We collected our dog from kennels this morning, after a 12 night stay with Quintessential Quarters. She was happy and healthy and was clearly very well looked after during her stay. It was our first time leaving our dog at a kennel and we were provided with plenty of updates and photos of her having a great time in the play area and on her daily walks, which really put her mind at ease. Cannot recommend them enough. We wouldn't use any other kennel in the future!”

“Booked in with my little dog, Sasha. Scruffy little Jacktzhu cross. They got me in super promptly and I advised that Sasha had been a problem at groomers in the past due to her dislike of the process. They put me at ease immediately and advised all would be well! When I came to pick her up - she was gorgeous! Happy, well looked after. They assured me though she didn't like her legs and face being done that they'd be happy to book her in again and she'd been really sweet! Such a relief. She looks amazing and she was clearly in such great hands. She's also much happier in herself now she's no longer so scruffy! Thanks so much guys!!”

“I have 2 cocker spaniels a male who is nearly 9 and a 2 year old female....my last groomer could never dry my male and he always came home wet..a friend recommended when I told her about the situation ..my female went first as my old groomer could fit her in...she came home looking amazing...a few weeks later I took my fussy male...he had an amazing cut...was dry and had an utterly happy experience..Joanne also made a fuss of my son when we went and even let him go see her new puppies...the whole experience with Joanne has been amazing .most of all my fur babies seem so much more happier....thank you.”

“Rachel is a fantastic groomer, she gives my 15-year-old toy poodle a lovely neat and tidy cut, and is always very kind and gentle with her. She has arthritis so Rachel makes sure she gets little breaks to sit down during the groom, I know she’s in safe hands.”

“Excellent and very knowledgeable. Started taking my two dogs here years ago as I had a malamute who was putting on weight and was stubborn, my lab just went along for a play. Been going for years for dog swims, our malamute would need a harness on and would have to be held in the pool by staff to make him do his swim workout wheras our lab to this day just runs around jumping in after toys. All ended with a wash and blow dry at £40 for 2, great deal. My mum now takes her border for swim and groom, he was scared of groomers and would snap at clippers previously but he is fine going here for good all over trim, even pulls to get in when on the carpark. My lab also gets very excited when she knows she's going here so must be enjoyable for them too, I love just watching them and chatting to the staff about any dog health concerns I have, they are very helpful and knowledgeable.
