Repeat prescriptions take at least a week or more to be processed, you can often see big piles of prescriptions in boxes behind the counter, which shows how constantly busy it is and how hard the staff work. If I'm low on important medication they will do their best to get it sorted, and if that's not possible recommend where to go and who can help.”

Can get busy, can be a significant wait to get floor staff help with trainers, but that is because they are busy and a bit of our patience and tolerance for that is required as they do their best and are very helpful.”

Staff get a lot of pressure that I’ve not witnessed in other pharmacies even with similar wait times…firm but fair, obviously a busy shop. Female pharmacist is very efficient and male pharmacist who’s in on Fridays is very caring and patient with people who don’t seem to warrant patience. Big improvement in last 12 months - went from a 4 hour queue to a 2 min queue and a 10 min wait for a big prescription so I can’t complain.”

“Fantastic friendly pharmacy! I moved my preferred pharmacy to here recently due to them being so helpful and quick with dispensing prescriptions. I had an issue where I made a mistake and was late in requesting a prescription, meaning I'd run out on the day the signed off prescription reached the pharmacy. This pharmacy usually asks for 2 working days to fulfil prescriptions (my old pharmacy asked for 2 weeks!) Despite it being my fault, they were able to help me and dispense the medicine the day they received it, which really helped me out. Every time I visit, I always find them to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't recommend them enough!”

Today I rang at 8 am for an appointment, only had to wait 4 minutes for a reply and was referred to a nurse who rang me back a quarter of hour later. She arranged an appointment for 10 a. m where I was seen by a doctor who prescribed medicine for me and I was back home by 10. 20 a.mMy husband also received great service when he was ill just before Christmas. Thank you to everyone concerned”
