“We have visited this restaurant on two occasions now both times for the pizza which is very tasty and a good size. We normally go around 3.30 / 4pm on a Sunday as it's not to busy and enjoy a seat by the window. The service is good but I did feel it was a little rushed this last time as maybe staff were looking for something to do. Sorry who wants to rush on a Sunday?? That's why I have given 4 stars.”

“Casa Mia has become our go-to Italian, and for good reason. We’ve ended up here more than once after being unable to eat elsewhere, and Casa Mia always accommodates my partner’s gluten allergy properly. This is a genuine medical requirement, not a preference, and they take it seriously without fuss or attitude — exactly how it should be. The food is great, excellent value for money, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They’re also very good with children, which makes a big difference for us. After trying other places and being let down, we now don’t bother — we just come straight to Casa Mia. Reliable, accommodating, and genuinely personable. Highly recommended.”

“I will be honest, the last time I went to PDP it was horrendous. There was no atmosphere, they got our meals wrong and it was just genuinely bad. Fast forward to yesterday and it was INCREDIBLE. Back to its normal self. The food was immense, they were so hospitable for the kids. Well done everyone. You made a very poor experience previously, become an excellent experience now. I’d highly recommend here. Such a beautiful restaurant.”

“The food was impeccable, genuinely don’t have a complaint about the food. The service however was very slow. We waited 35 minutes between starter and main, it wasn’t even busy and then it took them 15 odd minutes to bring the bill over. My only complaint. Food was great.”

“Went today with my boss the breakfast sandwiches were huge great price .never had an oatcake before (brummies) so the owner treated us to one on the house owner was really pleasant and if your passing you cant go wrong food is good and priced well”

“Five star service from the owners at drinkstop. They went over and beyond the call of duty to try and source a drink that they (and no other off-licence in the area) had in stock. They even checked several cash and carries to try and find the alcohol that I required and kept me updated each day when they were unable to source it. “There’s not many pubs left like the Nags Head, the locals don’t bite, good beer and reasonable prices. And if you’re really lucky you’ll get the chance to have the best chilli or chicken curry I’ve ever tasted for £4.50 eat in or they will even dish it into a reusable container to take away, so you can focus on the drinking. Give it a go it’s like pubs used to be and if you’ve got a 4 legged friend there’s free biscuits on the bar.”

“Went here for a relative’s 40th birthday. Lovely space on the first floor for big parties. The pizzas and pasta are delicious here and very well priced! Authentic Italian food. Service is superb, we had someone who wasn’t happy with their order, didn’t realise it would be so plain and the staff immediately bought out a difference pizza on the house - never seen service like it! Very good restaurant and plenty of tasty sounding dishes on the menu! Highly recommend, nice little Italian in the middle of Shrewsbury! I had the garlic chilli spaghetti which was delicious with a nice strong kick!”
