“I noticed this little gem when I was searching for best food in Dewsbury, of course it’s all curry houses and pizza places as there’s no decent restaurants around this area. I have to say, the food is absolutely delicious. The place itself isn’t very inviting but the food is fresh and clean, authentic and incredibly tasty. I hope the owner who is really lovely realises the cafe itself needs a really good deep clean. Please please don’t let this put you off though. She cooks hygenically and uses all fresh produce. No doubt about it, it’s the best food in Dewsbury by a long shot. I will be a frequent visitor and hope Nana’s is here to stay.”

Every dish tastes fresh and full of flavour - having sampled nearly half the menu now I can’t believe I haven’t found a dish that disappoints! Highly recommend as one of the best Asian food restaurants in SW London. And you get a great deal on the price too. Good quality, reasonably priced, what more could you want.”

“We recently visited one of the most authentic Thai restaurants around, and it was fantastic. The service was very quick, the staff were friendly, and the food was genuinely authentic Thai cuisine. The fish cakes were the proper Asian type, not the usual British ones. The tom yum was full of flavor, and both the pad thai and the cashew chicken were excellent.The portions were amazing. We had the lunch set, which included two starters and a main for only £15/ £16 per person. The portions were very generous, even for us, and we can eat a lot! It's definitely worth your money, the food is authentic, and it's worth trying and coming back to.”

“Try to go there monthly. My partner is vegan and their entire menu has a vegan alternative. 20% discount on all vegan dishes on Thursdays. Li is a wonderful hostess and her staff are amazing. A new range of low or no alcohol drinks have really improved things as we live in the middle of nowhere and I have to drive. Look out for her tasting evenings and the occasional theme night. The Vietnamese curry is to die for. Hope your ankle mends quickly Li.”

“Our friend & his family recommended Tuk Tuk Thai after a recent visit, and went we back with him. The staff was very welcoming and the restaurant had a great feeling and atmosphere. Even whilst the restaurant was busy on a Saturday night the staff kept on top of making sure we was happy with our food etc. our waitress (lily) was very helpful in regards to helping us choose what to eat, especially as my husband is on a keto diet at the moment, she knew all about it and guided us to what he could or couldn’t eat. The food had amazing flavour and good size portions. Will definitely be coming back and thank you for a lovely evening.”

“Lovely welcoming staff who were very attentive and knowledgeable on food. We ordered a selection of starters which were fresh and tasty. Spring rolls, crispy chicken and tempura vegetables. Lovely spicy chilli sauce but not to hot. Nice pad Thai with extra peanuts on the side to increase the crunch to your liking. Perfectly cooked noodles too. The garlic chicken was amazing. Rich sauce full of flavour. Can't really fault anything and we will definitely return. Extra points for quality coffee afterwards.”

“We came here as a group of 7 for Sunday lunch. Alice was attentive and explained the menu to us. The lunch menu is really good value for me and the portion sizes are good. There's parking around the streets but they aren't far from rhe restaurant. We'd come back here as there's lots to try on the menu.”

“Spontaneously decided to drop in for “dinner for one”, since my dinner date had to stay home. The food was amazing and very authentic and probably the best Thai food I’ve had in a restaurant outside of Thailand. It’s made with love and there is no holding back with flavor and portion sizes. It makes the experience even better because they are truly there to serve good food and fill you up! I ordered the stuffed chicken wings and an order of the glazed ribs as a starter and for main I ordered spicy noodles with prawn. I was also served a basket with shrimp crackers and some chili oil and that was a nice touch. The service was very very good and I will definitely be returning next time I visit St.Albans! I brought some Tom Ga Kai back home for the sick husband and he really enjoyed it piping hot as it came. Thank you and please don’t change much till next time!”

“What a gem of a place. I had a meal last night, the service was impeccable and the food was top notch. I had a Pad Thai and it was fresh, vibrant and well presented. Best one I have had in the UK by far. The lady who served me was really helpful, friendly and gave me lots of interesting information on the different foods and places in Thailand. The owner was also in and came over to chat after I had finished my meal. His passion for providing a top experience was obvious and the staff there shared that same buzz. I was booked in at the Travelodge next door so this place was so convenient to have literally next door. I’d highly recommend it as a great place to grab a bite if you’re staying there.”
