All of them looked younger than 25 - a great display of professional service from younger people who are often criticised and yet are the backbone of the country’s service industries. I want to particularly mention the assistant Joe who dealt with me for each of the transactions. Fantastic service and product knowledge and new exactly what he was doing. He’s an asset to your business.”

There were five suits in total, including the groom, and from our very first visit, John was absolutely fantastic. He really knows his stuff and gave great advice on which suits would work best for the wedding. He helped us find the perfect balance making sure the groom had a standout suit that still coordinated well with the groomsmen. The end result was sharp and cohesive. All the suits were perfectly fitted, and from the moment we came in for the fitting, we felt completely comfortable. John, along with the rest of the team, was professional, friendly, and really helpful throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was just right made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.”

“These guys are top quality. I’ve dealt with both Chris and William over the years, with flat pack assembly, shelving, hanging frames and heavy mirrors, even building sit stand desks. Their attention to detail is always super and are super tidy, and ensure everything is how you want it before you leave. Very easy to pay as well - highly recommend!”

“Today I visited the Holywood Exchange branch. I was approached by Dylan Rhodes after I’m sure he saw me struggling choosing a rug! There are so many to choose from! He was really helpful and answered the many questions I had, which to be fair was a lot. He remained patient with me, which I’m told many times, is no mean feat! His ability to help me decide, answering my questions and the general relaxed atmosphere I experienced throughout the whole store saved me a lot of ‘shopping around’. A huge tick in my book was the fact that I didn’t have to go looking for staff and yet I wasn’t pounced on as soon as I entered. First shop, purchase made! Bonus!”

“This shop is amazing! Loads of beautiful household items ( cushions. planters, shelving, picture frames etc. ) which are really quirky. They keep a great range of art and craft products at very reasonable prices. Great at Christmas decorations with a difference. They change their stock quite often so it is always lovely to go in to see what's new. I honestly can't go past it without calling in just incase I miss something.”

“This a a beautiful shop (I think it may be called something else now). The text on panels above about Anna and Clara makes walking through the shop like a beautiful storymap which our children loved. We were expecting it to be expensive, but it's quite affordable! It's the only place in town you can find a straw brush (small brush for washing bottle straws) and sells around 50p! Still looking for a bottle brush :) lovely stationery and all kinds of things, even cooking spices!”

“This is a very good place to pick up a lot of stuff for offices and for your children for school they have quite a variety of items I didn't take any photographs but there is lots to look at some of the prices are reasonable some are expensive but it's worth having a look to see if there's anything that would suit you here staff are very friendly and very helpful”

“We were buying beds, they had a great selection of all sorts of beds and headboards. We were helped but Jonny Harrison who really knew all about beds and pointed out things we hadn't thought of. He had us sorted with 3 beds in no time. So was really nicely laid out and loads of selection.”

“Its been my third visit here. Even connswater restore is very near to me I do prefer here because of the fantastic collection and very attractive price with amazing service. They have got the best staff there. Last time I purchased a wardrobe and the guy check the measurements before I load to car and he himself help to load the wardrobe and tied up to my car as it was long and my boot was to keep open. Such a gentleman he is. The stock keep changing everytime and beds, mattresses and wardrobes are the best there. They do arrange delivery also.”

“Earlier this summer we had a carpet fitted in a tight time frame- despite a few hurdles along the way (outside of seymour dugan's control), the carpet was fitted in time and to a high standard thanks to Jon's guidance. The carpet itself is also of high quality for the price point.”
