“I regularly swim every morning and then go for breakfast in the Cafe. The area is a friendly space and at 9.40am not too busy to get a table. The staff are always helpful at the service counter. Thanks to Sarah and Regan for your "service with a smile"”
“Kiltonga Nature Reserve is a quiet idyll situated just a stones throw from Ards town centre & quite lovely it is to. To go from the hustle & bustle of every day life to this lovely place is a breath of fresh air, you walk around the place with views of trees, the lake & wildlife just enjoying the moment. If you're early enough you also get to enjoy a lovely coffee from The Bean Box run by a nice chap who makes a great coffee (I recommend the flat white!)”

“A seaside walkway and recreation area - on the coast with lots of parking. A great place for a short walk and a breath of sea air.”
“Nice wee spot. £8 an hour for pool table is good. Pool tables are bigger than usual ones I’ve played on. The cues here are big and thick compared to other places.”
“Attended for both antenatal yoga and baby massage. Both really enjoyable classes, very relaxed but personal. Kelly has so much knowledge and experience to support during pregnancy in antenatal class, and was able to guide variations in poses for different stages of pregnancy. Baby massage class was again tailored to baby's age/requirements, and Kelly made it enjoyable for both me and my baby. Can't recommend highly enough!”
“Very helpful and friendly staff who are highly knowledgeable about everything hot-tub related. Would strongly recommend.”
“Great little bar with atmosphere. Very well welcomed even though its primarily a local bar. Thanks Shawn/Sean!!!”
“We love taking our lil guy here. Even when it's empty he gets a good run around. It's clean, most people pick up after their dogs so no worry of standing in anything you would want to avoid. People are always friendly and considerate. Area around the water spout could so with better drainage as dogs often drink out of the puddle that forms instead of the bowl because it's out of reach.”
“Love the place. Lots of birds. Hate the dog poop as people are lazy to pick it up.”
“My little boy has been going to H2o swimming Academy Dunadry for the past 2 years. He has progressed amazingly throughout those 2 years moving through the levels. The swimming instructors have patience, knowledge and are fun! Big shout out to Caroline and Jay, they are awesome!!”
“Guide dogs only 10-11am daily. Great idea! Service Animals need to romp as well.”

“All three of my children have attended Castillo Swim for lessons and all have loved it. The reception team are friendly and the teaching staff are fantastic. My eldest had a fear of the water and can now swim confidently! Thanks Castillo Swim”

“Lovely wee sports centre with swimming pool, main hall and upstairs big weights & exercise area. Staff are really friendly & helpful”
“I had such a good experience at six mile swimming with my little one. It was a morning session and Pam the instructor was close by to help guide our little ones in the water and give us help and tips to help make them comfortable. At the pool there where so many different toys/tools to help the little ones. Me and my toddler had so much fun and will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. Thank you!”
