The man on the phone stated he needed to check that the warehouse was still open.. The delivery men polite and helpful, no moaning bringing washer up the stairs, unlike Curry's who I used for another item earlier in the year who I would never use again. All packaging taken away and then Julian came round to connect the washer and remove and dispose of old machine, he covered the stairs and made sure there was no mess or water leaks, identified a plumbing issue which he fixed and then helped me do the first cycle advising me on how to take care of the machine in the future. Thank you for a great experience all round, Geoff Hill. There is a reason this shop has been around for many years because service is their priority.”
