Everything is handled efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are good, in particular Steve. However, Manager Mandy is outstanding. Tumble dryer delivered 6 hours later. Again friendly and professional gents, respected my home. Unpacked new machine, put it in place, took packaging and old appliance with them. “An independent, family operated business which I have been using for many years. Conveniently located on Silver street next to the lidl's so free parking which is a bonus in Kings Heath. Great shop for DIY supplies, household goods, kitchen utensils, garden supplies and a variety of items that I have needed over the years. If they haven't got the item in stock they will usually get it in for you, if they can't, they will direct you to a place that does sell it which shows their customer focused ethics. My favourite thing about this shop has to be the plant selection, they have plants all year round but in the spring it really takes off. Houseplants, shrubs, climbers, vegetable plants, ferns, alocasias, philodendrans, succulents, difenbrachias, monsteras, hellebores, herb plants, peace lilies the list goes on! I've had plants for my garden, my home and as presents for friends. The prices are highly competitive which means I can buy several plants at a time and the owners have extensive knowledge so provide advice if needed. I highly recommend this shop and will be using for many years to come.”

“Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”
