On top of that, he went above and beyond by addressing an issue with my central heating, even though it wasn’t part of the original job. The man on the phone stated he needed to check that the warehouse was still open.. He called me back within 15 minutes and told me the warehouse was actually shut but if I could get there before 4.30 then he would go down to the warehouse and get it for me… I couldn’t thank him enough! “Great service, from the purchase in store, to washing machine delivered and fitted in 24 hours. The delivery men polite and helpful, no moaning bringing washer up the stairs, unlike Curry's who I used for another item earlier in the year who I would never use again. All packaging taken away and then Julian came round to connect the washer and remove and dispose of old machine, he covered the stairs and made sure there was no mess or water leaks, identified a plumbing issue which he fixed and then helped me do the first cycle advising me on how to take care of the machine in the future.
