“Following a recent hit-and-run to a Volvo XC40, the guys here had a rear o/s door in the same colour. Communication around collecting the door and swapping the two complete ones over was made quickly. I got a bodyshop in West Yorkshire to take the old door off and to hold the car overnight. We then set off for the West Midlands and made the exchange/paid for the new door. Next day, our bodyshop fitted the new door (also from a 2023 car, like our car) in a matter of minutes. It also meant that whilst there have been costs involved, that a claim on our car’s insurance has been avoided. The whole process cost less than the excesses on our policy (not including any raise in premiums). This firm have been good guys to deal with, both in terms of cost, communication, service and helpfulness.”

After ordering a multi tool online I called in store to collect unfortunately my order hadn’t filtered through to the store & as I was desperate to get on, I bought the tool again in store . The staff were great & said I’d get a refund on my original online order which may take a couple of days to process . “Efficient store to shop with. Parking right outside, store big enough to have a choice of items but not enough to be overwhelmed, size means you don't need to spend 4 minutes walking from end . Normally a choice between well known brand and wicks own and prices generally lower than other stores. Sometimes items can be a bit dusty due to the aggregates they stock and staff will happily point you in the direction of items you can't find”

“A large very well stocked Tesco express store in Olton with friendly and profession staff. This store has a petrol station and sells everything from flowers, milk, bread and all day to day items. This store sells seasonal items at different times of the year such as Easter eggs and Christmas items ect. You can get any day-to-day items in this store and I would recommend visiting this store if your if your in the area.”

“After my engine failed on the M6, I needed to find a mechanic who could fit an alternator belt at short notice so I could continue my trip to London. After trying other nearby garages, who had no availability for the next few days, I called King Garage. They fit me in straight away and fixed the issue within just a few hours. Service was excellent, and so was the price of the fix. I'm very grateful that they were able to get me back on the road at such short notice.”
