āThe new Front door system is so much easier than calling the practice and discovering you or 10 or 11 in the queue. I have filled in the form with a one off code on two occasions & got appointments that met my needs. My only concern is people who are not computer literate or able to succinctly articulate their symptoms/problem.ā

āI had some work done today and one of my biggest fears is the dentist and with it being my first time at the practice I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had. The receptionist was lovely and so much help. The dentist and her colleague were so so lovely with dealing with my anxiety made me feel so comfortable. Talked me through every single step and made sure I was ok throughout and treating me in a reasonable time fitting me within other appointments even making sure my car was parked somewhere I would avoid a fine. I cannot thank them enough for today and finally putting my mind at ease that the dentist really isnāt so bad! Thank you!ā

āVery nervous patient here. Was made to feel very calm. My first time having work done for over 15 years without sedation. The dentist was absolutely brilliant kept stopping to ask if I was ok and made me feel very reassured every step of the way. Even offered to turn the music up incase the noise of drill was too much. 10/10ā

āWords could never express the gratitude I have for The senior practitioner at links medical practice. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter helping us to get referred for adhd- while others services refused my daughter an assessment, this lady spent two whole days to help us with our right to choose. She kept me up to date every single step of the way, made me feel seen, understood and heard from a mile away, she helped me to feel empowered, and that my voice matters and I can fight for a diagnosis for my diaphyses despite being rejected else where! Iām so thankful that sheās part of our doctorās surgery, she is an absolute credit to our practice. I hope she reads my review, Iām unsure if I can mention her name specifically, but if you see this, from the bottom of my heart thank you. āIāve seen Rachel Young on two occasions regarding my breathing problems. She comprehensively explained tests that I needed to do before my next appointment to aid getting a definite diagnosis. I felt reassured that I would be getting the very best management available. At my second appointment, a diagnosis was made. She went on to explain the medication I needed to keep me as well as possible and how to use it. She also sent me a link to print off the instructions as a reminder. āNot long moved to this surgery. I love their booking system and their reception staff are soooo friendly. Never had a better surgery. Always quick to return requests and their new booking system is in my opinion a much better way of organising appointments for a doctors surgery as people get seen according to urgency and Iāve never had issues getting appointments for myself and children.ā

āI absolutely hate the dentist! I have an extreme phobia, which has caused me to leave issues with my teeth that could of been fixed, iv avoided treatment and now there is nothing that can be done to save them. I need to have several extractions, and a denture fitted, I have been also avoiding having this done partly from fear but also I felt judged by the previous dentist at bandhal. I attended an appointment today , and saw the new dentist here for the 1st time and she was absolutely lovely, kind caring completely made me feel at ease. Thankyou.ā

āThey have all been amazing the drs are great and very helpful and actually listen. I understand the complaints about a receptionist that works there but there is a big workload put on her and i can understand sometimes why she is stressed and short tempered but as a front of house member of staff she needs to learn to hide it and not tutt and make sarcastic facial and hand expressions when people are stood at the reception while she's on the phone. just go and shout it out the back door rather than be rude to clients on the phine and at the desk. Shes helpful but very short with people and not friendly even when you are super polite. This shouldn't detract from the good work the drs and other staff do though. I was reluctant to join this practice when i read all the reviews and because of the location but im so glad i did because they are really getting stuff done for me and i am a very complex case that just made my previous drs have a melt and down and just tell me he just didn't know what to do with me. So give them a try it wj be worth it for the treatment you getā
