“This is the third practice I've been with in my life, and this is by far the best one I've known. The reception staff are very polite and friendly, and always make you feel welcome, Dr Saleem is excellent and always makes you feel heard, understood and truly listens to all concerns, which is rare in my experience with some doctors. The nurse is also brilliant, I've had several blood tests there for various issues and while I have no issues with needles, she's very nice and makes you feel comfortable. It's also relatively easy to get an appointment when you need it here, you honestly wouldn't know the NHS was struggling with how well-run this surgery is. Thank you all!”

“Nothing but exceptional care was provided for me during my lengthy admission with baby. From the HCAs, to the nursery nurses and the mental health nurses. They will be your biggest supporters. Something that stood out for me was that, although the staff were on top of their game helping us all on a 9 bed ward, they still give you all of their time on an individual basis. I've been on other wards and to review this ward is worth my time. You can tell their heart is there and want to come back each shift to help us. Any complaints are dealt with appropriately and professionally. Anything less than 5 stars is inaccurate. Chamomile provide quality care and a compassionate environment.”

The wait times on the phone are amazing given the two calls I have made so far (instant answer and a 10 minute wait). I find the receptionists are so friendly and seem really personable with all the patients that came in. The doctor I saw for myself and the nurse for my baby are nice too and I feel like they take our medical concerns seriously. This surgery vs my old surgery is night and day. I feel like I’m visiting a small village surgery who knows everyone through the door instead of the conveyor belt of my last. Can’t fault them.”

I always go back to them even when I moved to an area which they don't cover. I can set here all day numbering and counting their good behaviour and good practice and their patience with customers and I will never finish. I couldn't thank them enough for their efforts to get better and they are one of the few surgeries who are transparent in their work with full access to your records and also make appointments online.
