Lucy the receptionist was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and tended to our every need. “I have been visiting the dwellness room for the last 5 months and I can honestly say it has made such a difference to my life. I feel calmer, less burdened, more confident & more in tune with my thoughts & thought processes. I began with a session roughly once a week & that gradually extended to once a fortnight. Now I visit once a month for "maintenance" & really look forward to my treatments. Initially I was quite nervous as I'd never had reiki before but Helen instantly put me at ease and spent time explaining how reiki works & what she would be doing during the session. I was actually blown away by my first experience! Before each session Helen takes the time to talk about how I am & how I have felt since the last treatment & after each session we discuss the experience. Helen is a very knowledgeable practitioner and has a relaxing and calm manner. The dwellness room is beautiful & peaceful & the treatment bed so comfortable! If you are considering trying reiki I would highly recommend Helen and the dwellness room.”
