“A very good store. I very much miss Wilko in West Bromwich, but this is not too far away in Great Bridge. You can get most things here, from Beauty items (Excellent Prices) to gardening, pet stuff, and I was even able to buy a denim dye for jeans I can't bear to part with! Great car park at the back too.”

“We came into B&Q to have a look at the take away kitchen range and after a what felt like an eternity of looking at the different ranges, sizes, finishes etc we realised that we needed a bit of help. Morgan was already on the isle and approached us which was great timing. Nothing was a bother for him. He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped us get the correct unit sizes, unit doors, he helped us get the worktops and additional finishing touches. He even helped load our trolley, grab another trolley and load it, helped us take the trolleys to the till as they were both very heavy, and take our trolleys to the car, even helping us unload the items into the car. Morgan gave me and my husband an amazing service and left us extremely confident with our purchase. I had to make sure that this review was given because you don't get a top service like this anymore and Morgan most definitely deserves the recognition here! Thank you for all of your help!”

“Clean, well stocked, spacious and very well thought out for scooter users. Staff went out of their way to help me with items out of my reach several times and showed no sign of being irritated by having to stop what they were doing to help me . Staff at this location have worked here for years so I think that the manager must be running a nice working environment for them or we would see staff changes as we do at some other stores .”

“After reviewing various bought some internal black door handles. Next day they had sent me brass. I contacted the company by email which was dealt with immediately. They arranged collection of the brass ones and the black ones where their next day. I unfortunately had to go to hospital for a stay and advised my son to put the brass ones out for collection. Numpty sent my black ones back. I got back in touch with Demi who literally sorted ot again within 24hours at their cost. Fantastic quality and price and if I could give 10 stars for service I would. Sadie is so lovely honestly like an aunty the way she gives advice, her opinions really elevated the space and storage amount I now have in the kitchen. Anything I wanted she made it happen! Also the fitting, lush livings fitters did an amazing job everyone who sees the kitchen says it’s been fitted beautifully, they even covered the window sils for me which I hadn’t thought of! “Yesterday 24.8.25 I visited your Brownhills store. My purchase was 12 bags of 40mm blue slate. As I'm a pensioner , I asked a young female assistant if she could perhaps ask a male employee to help me. The little dot of a girl fetched a trolley, loaded 12 bags of slate onto it, used her own till to pay so that I didn't have to queue and then proceeded to load it into my car, as a blue badge holder it was parked not too far away. “Nice Store with polite staff you'll find many goodies that you need from cleaning and hygiene products to photo frames and storage containers. Paints lamps tools bicycle accessories and a few jml products. They have wheelchair accessible entrances and an elevator to go upstairs.”
