“An independent, family operated business which I have been using for many years. Conveniently located on Silver street next to the lidl's so free parking which is a bonus in Kings Heath. Great shop for DIY supplies, household goods, kitchen utensils, garden supplies and a variety of items that I have needed over the years. If they haven't got the item in stock they will usually get it in for you, if they can't, they will direct you to a place that does sell it which shows their customer focused ethics. My favourite thing about this shop has to be the plant selection, they have plants all year round but in the spring it really takes off. Houseplants, shrubs, climbers, vegetable plants, ferns, alocasias, philodendrans, succulents, difenbrachias, monsteras, hellebores, herb plants, peace lilies the list goes on! I've had plants for my garden, my home and as presents for friends. The prices are highly competitive which means I can buy several plants at a time and the owners have extensive knowledge so provide advice if needed. I highly recommend this shop and will be using for many years to come.”

“Called Dean and he turned up the next day to look at my cooker at the time we said we were going to be in. Looked at the cooker, ordered a part and then came back to fit it and stayed for half an hour to make sure it worked all ok. Booked him for my mom and again next day he turned up and drove all the way to Birmingham straightaway purchased a part and came back an fitted it. How good is that for service. Our cooker is 18 years old, Steve had the parts on his van! He replaced the top element and the fan motor , and all was working perfectly in under an hour! So glad I found this company, Steve has been working in this industry for 48 years and certainly knows his stuff. He repairs all makes of washing machines too. No up front call out fee.
