“We visited this Caribbean shop while traveling, and the experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, treating us like family. While we waited for our food, he kindly offered my child a free drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The atmosphere felt inviting and genuine—like being welcomed into someone’s home. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality, especially where we live in Germany. We truly appreciated the kindness and wish we lived closer so we could come back more often!”

“We came here for an anniversary dinner and we had a lovely time, thank you! The food is superb and staff were brilliant. The veggie menu was great and my partner loved his pork main. If I could make one suggestion, the wine list seems to be mostly 'easy to drink' wines, it could do with some more advanced, adventurous options. Especially reds, I wish there was a proper smoky red to go with the beef and pork. It's a beautiful place, so jealous of the walled vegetable garden, ! Would come back for sure”

Wonderfully enjoyed beyond words, needs to be eaten to believe. The kitchen staff themselves being an amazing team working together in a fluid atmosphere with the real life day to day, and the amazing teamwork to create the most amazing food all under the eye of Chef Adam. “Faultless. Visited for my wife's 40th birthday, and was welcomed with a "Happy Birthday", a card from the team and left with a small box of chocolates, really helping to make it feel special. The food was amazing and as it was a Thursday lunchtime it was quiet, so felt like we had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend, and my thanks to the team.”

Even though its always very busy, including birthday parties, the food quality is perfect and so is the service. The drink service is very efficient too. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service from the moment I arrived. My meal started with a warm, flavourful meat broth soup served promptly after ordering. For the main course, I had the chicken roast — tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The vegetables were fresh and full of flavour, and the Yorkshire pudding was light and fluffy. Other roast options included lamb, salmon, or a combination of chicken and lamb. To finish, I enjoyed their freshly baked sprinkle cake, which was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. At £27 per person, the whole experience offered excellent value for money. “First time trying Sweet's Kitchen, honestly this place gets top marks from me. I love it when I go to a cuisine and it tastes like a beautiful home cooked meal. I had the large jerk chicken with rice and peas + a side of plantain. To drink I had sexy juice and a bottle water. The food was fresh and hot. “Brought my boyfriend here for his birthday meal as we were staying in an AirBnb close by. Service was top tier, the lads were very attentive. We had a cocktail each which were both top quality, although I wish they sold lassi here. Food was beautiful, it felt a lot more authentic than your typical Indian restaurant. If you don't handle spice very well then maybe ask for recommendations as it's on the hotter side, masala chips were very spicy. Different dishes to choose from, the selection was great. Very much enjoyed it although quite pricey, came to nearly £90 for two. Would return if I was in the area”

The Little Bangla app is very easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. The curry itself was amazing. Very flavourful and the chicken so soft and delicious. We were a large group of 18 people but this presented no problems for the team and food was brought out all together and each meal was tasty, well presented and piping hot.
