“I'm not sure why this dentist has bad reviews - I've been seen twice now, and after having some pain today after yesterday's appointment they got me in straight away for the same dentist next Tuesday. The reception staff are lovely and very accommodating, extremely helpful, and the dentist I have is so patient, caring & gentle. I've had trouble for years with my teeth & this dentist has been the best I've been to. I would 100% recommend. I've never felt more at ease with a dentist than I have done here. The staff are obviously very busy and stressed, however throughout this the staff remained calm, professional, and patient, handling even rude customers with grace. I even witnessed one customer slam their hand down on the counter due to having to wait for their prescription. Despite the pressure, they ensured I was well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“I went into this branch last week at approximately 5:30pm to get something to sooth my bunion pain on my foot. I spoke to a very polite Asian lady behind the counter. This lady was so polite and she showed me many options which I made a choice from at ease, without being pushed to buy certain products. The product I bought was very helpful and it has helped with my pain. I will go in next week to thank the lady who helped me. I did notice that despite helping me to find the right thing for my foot the Asian lady had many customers who she also helped whilst talking to me which I found to be very effective and talented.”

“Nothing but exceptional care was provided for me during my lengthy admission with baby. From the HCAs, to the nursery nurses and the mental health nurses. They will be your biggest supporters. Something that stood out for me was that, although the staff were on top of their game helping us all on a 9 bed ward, they still give you all of their time on an individual basis. I've been on other wards and to review this ward is worth my time. You can tell their heart is there and want to come back each shift to help us. Any complaints are dealt with appropriately and professionally. Anything less than 5 stars is inaccurate. Chamomile provide quality care and a compassionate environment.”

They also gave me very accurate delivery time and information. When my item was going to be delivered that day, they called me to confirm the time and where to place the large item at my home. But actually I find that the receptionists are nice and helpful, I can fix my NHS registration quickly.
