“We booked a bottomless brunch and quite apprehensive after doing one else where before and getting hardly any drinks but here they just kept flowing! Excellent service and value for money too. Food was also delicious - highly recommend!”

“Visited whilst in Birmingham for the Commonwealth Games. They have a lovely terrace which is a must on a sunny day. We sat just inside so had the best of both worlds. The food was delicious and well cooked. The service was impeccable and staff were fantastic. The chef's choice of cheeses were amazing. It was a lovely treat.”

“Was there for 2 nights for work, stayed in room 7 overlooking the park in front of the pub entrance, had dinner and breakfast twice . I had fish and chips and a veggie burger and were both good. Veggie option in the morning also good.. Cruella coat as backrest on some chairs take my thumb down Price wise? Ask my boss! Bell wise? All night long!”

“What a meal! Simply stunning food. The Church should be sold out every day such is the quality of the food here, I can't believe it wasn't busier. Everything we had was superb, but the beef Sunday roast was one of the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time. We were very greedy and shared three starters too, which were all delicious but probably a bit too much food in total for just the two of us. Nevermind, nothing went to waste! My only criticism was the toasted sourdough was a bit crispy, and I'd have loved the scotch egg to have a runny yolk. But these are minor points in an otherwise perfect meal with faultless service from the great staff.”

“What a great pub with lots of atmosphere right next to the cathedral. Great interior decor. I dived in here during a heavy shower and was welcomed by friendly staff. Good selection of beer. I wasn't hungry but looked at the menus and was tempted.”

“I was locked outside my house with my daughter so took refuge in this pub. Sarah was so lovely and welcoming and even told me to go back if I couldn't get in. Everytime I've been here she's been a delight. The pub has a nice atmosphere and is always clean”

“We popped in to have some food here. The prepayment system is easy to use, and the staff helped us to have a card and top it up. There are different eateries with Korian, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese food. The concept is perfect, the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and we had massive portions. I will definitely visit when I visit Birmingham next time.”

“First time I have visited this place with my wife after seeing this premier inn hotel with restaurant being built and of course passing it twice everyday. First class meals and would definitely come back again. Update I tried their breakfast on Friday 14th march £10.99 for unlimited eat as much as you like from English brekkie including cereals, juice, tea or coffee etc also unlimited. A must for the hungryest of people.”

“This pub is right on my doorstep, thought I'd pop in for a couple of pints. Left my sunglasses behind. Went in on the off chance they'd been handed in. And to my amazement they had. My faith in humanity is restored. Marvellous little boozer.”

“Love this pub! It's so different. The art work on the walls is vintage style tattoos and made for interesting viewing. The beer selections were great and the IPA my husband had was top notch. Fresh, crisp and clean. The lines were clearly well maintained. The bar staff were friendly and attentive. The pub clearly attracts a hugely varied clientele. The Vic is defo our go to bar when we are heading to the Alex to grab a bit of culture. What we did have to chuckle about was the a cable of gents enjoying a quiet pint and when we headed into the theatre and the show started it was the band! Which if its good enough for the performers its definitely good enough for us”

“My wife and I ate here before a gig as I'm a big fan of their beer. The food was really nice, the beer was great and the staff were fantastic. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond, even preparing and suggesting we move to a table away from the door so we wouldn't get the cold air everytime it opened. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, a real credit to the bar and to BrewDog.”

“Visited The Stable with a group of 20+ colleagues for a work event. We went for the Christmas buffet menu and all the pizzas and sides were absolutely delicious! I especially enjoyed the vegan pizza. Everything was made fresh when we arrived and we had plenty of food to go round. Everyone said how good it was and what great value for money it was. Special shout out to someone who I believe may have been the manager (sorry didn't catch your name, working on 26th and wearing a stripy top!). He was super friendly and easy to talk to, and created a relaxed atmosphere for us all. We really appreciated the gesture at the end of our meal too. I hope we can come back and visit again, I would definitely recommend coming here for a large group as the food was great and it was so easy to organise! Thank you!”

“I thought I visit this lounge as i heard good stuff and it did not disappoint, the shisha was reasonably price and i believe its one of the cheapest in Birmingham. The lounge is well decorated and alot of good flavours on the menu along with drinks and mocktails. The service is friendly and the guy at the counter is knowledgeable on the flavours.”

“Dined at lunchtime with friends, there was a lovely chilled atmosphere with South American vibes. We chose from the lunchtime menu which was great value. I had the pulled beef burrito bowl it was very tasty the deal came with a choose of drinks I chose an Aperol spritz! Our server was lovely very friendly and helpful- I shall be returning with my family!”

“We had a lovely breakfast this morning, Ness was our lovely server. Quick n very friendly service. She was fantastic We came and sat in the dog friendly bar there is also a small garden area which is dog friendly too. Ness came brought stormy the dog a treat over . Our breakfasts were delicious, would definitely come back again. You can get the refillable fizzy pop and choose what you like. Don't forget to put your car registration into the screen as u come in to get your free parking. Lovely clean toilets too”
