“Came up to visit my dad from Devon and we came here to get some fish and chips. He’s been multiple times and has never had a bad experience. We both got fish and chips and he got curry sauce and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The prices were good, not too expensive, and they cooked the fish for you pretty much on arrival. Jane, the lovely lady who served us, was helpful and went through all the options available and was so kind. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please come here if you’re ever in Shirley or live nearby!”

“Excellent food quality and taste of all the four meals + free addition, which we ordered yesterday. The food was warm and fresh as well and it cost us 22£ for four big enough meals - 600g each :). We ordered by phone, as we couldn't find a website (note that we've found the place under the name "King Man House" and it is now "Yammy Garden" which does have a website). The woman which picked up the phone was friendly and she spoke nice and clear. I told her the names of the meals (in the way we've found in the old menu), she confirmed and helped us to customise one of the meals. So, very good experience by phone. I was told that the food should be ready for pickup 10 minutes later, and the pay method is in CASH. I went to the place 10...15 min later and took the takeaway, already packed. It took me a minute - didn't wait. Excellent experience in the shop as well as by phone. We would definitely recommend this takeaway!”

“Always my go to shop for fish and chips. Haddock is worth the money. Freshly cooked and crispy great combination with chips they know how to cook fish compared to other places. Great customer service from workers and the owner Yusuf. Update: Tried mixed kebab with salad. Nice moist, tasty lamb kebab as well as chicken went really well with the salad.”

“This is a great hotel in a really good and convenient location only a short drive from the airport and NEC. Lovely rooms (really comfy beds!) and wonderful staff. Lucy the receptionist was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and tended to our every need. The only negative to point out was the car park which was extremely busy due to an event and what seemed to be a very popular gym.”

“For all intensive purposes this is just the same as a premier inn. It's inexpensive. An hour to Birmingham on the bus which worked out well both ways and spoons which is 6 doors from hotel so it's good for cheap breakfast. Ide deffo stay here again.”

“I havent been to a Tesco cafe in ages so great to see how its modernised. Theres modern decor and a relaxed environment. Great for families and space for accessible seating. I love their new menu lots of veggie options and optional extras like hasbrowns. The service was great we were served by Stella who was warm and welcoming. Food came quickly and a good portion size.”

The service truly made our little trip even more enjoyable with delicious food and friendly helpful staff, having a lovely chat. The pub had a warm atmosphere and made our special day even better. “Haven't been to this branch for ages as l normally go Acocks Green. So l ordered chicken wings and tender strips via the app. Really good customer service as l asked flavours to be mixed and extra sauce. Tasted really good after such a long time alongside the dips. Update: Chicken and rice customised how l wanted with extra sauce which l wanted as mix flavours so it wasn't dry. I also got a nice surprise where l was given regular fries which l didn't order. Really good Pepes branch with good customer service.”

We had 'the best time' The staff were exemplary and nothing was too much for them to make this occasion a special and memorable one for us. “Dottie's is wonderful. My dog Bella has been going to them since she was a puppy and absolutely loves going. She runs up to Christine's front door and doesn't even look back. She stays with Christine when I go on holidays and I know she is safe and having the best time. Christine has helped turning my little puppy into a wonderful young dog. Who is social and friendly. Loving everyone. The best thing I ever did was going to Dottie's for day care and holiday cover. Thank you so much.”
