“Got mine - first try to install the child easy - also comes checked by the business owner and set up by him in one of the many configurations. As a large adult male I can get a comfortable tight fit for me that supports the baby well and doesn't barrel about. Molle system works well - added an old mag dump pouch on front for bottle and essentials at hand height. Lots of wiggle room for the baby. The carrier is well thought out and intuitive to operate and secure. The extra liner is a nice touch. The whole rig weighs less than I expected and well made, I'll swap the alloy crabs for non metallic for air-travel. Very satisfied - the rig came with straps, pouches and a rucksack, good modular design. Nice one Scott.”

“The Play with Clay and Play with Dough sensory classes were absolutely fantastic. My 15 month old daughter thoroughly enjoyed getting stuck in with both sessions: feeling, touching, smelling the clay/ dough and other sensory objects given. I even learned a thing or two! Highly recommend!”

“We visited the shop to find a more compact buggy for our little one. A lovely lady spent a long time with us and together we worked out what we wanted. She let us put our baby in the various styles and attach our rucksack so we knew how they would work for us. We ended up choosing a colour that wasn’t currently in stock so we preordered it. We had a few questions while we were waiting for it to be delivered and I was amazed by the super fast replies! I couldn’t be happier with the service in store or via messenger whilst we were waiting. As soon as they had the delivery of the buggy to the store, they sent it out to be delivered the next day. I wish I knew about this lovely little shop earlier in our baby journey!”

“Visited this store last week on holiday .It was raining heavily.I had a medical hic up.Had to get to a clean toilet asap.Recently out of a coma I tend to flap should this happen.The staff were outstanding.The young assistant went to the manager Amy.who kindly let me use the staff facilities.In a world of lack of assistance ,in such a case.This branch excelled Being a ex customer service manager myself,I could only be impressed on their kindness and empathy.Five star rating truly deserved.Plus I did also buy things too!”

“I'm not a fan of fast fashion but after losing my luggage during my visit in Brighton I went to Zara looking for a warm jacket. Store was messy (it was around 2 pm) so I couldn't find anything. I approached Christian, one of the staff members. He smiled at the very first time he saw me and he didn't stop doing it. I asked for some advices and he showed me some trendy options. It was a bit expensive and I decided to went somewhere else but then Christian found a really nice one. It was on the stock room, so he ordered it and made us wait next to the lift, really close to the changing rooms. Since I was waiting, any of the other staff members looked at me. I asked one blonde girl, and without letting me finish she replied she was very busy and I needed to wait a bit more. After 5 minutes Christian saw me waiting, and he approached us smiling as before and asked if we had received the jacket. I told him that I was waiting for almost half hour and then he went by himself and brought it. It was odd because meanwhile some assistants were "really busy" just moving around and couldn't help me, Christian did it twice in less than 10 minutes, even when he was carrying heavy stuff. Honestly, I'd put 2-3 stars based in the overall experience, but I think Christian deserves to be recognized because his costumer service is amazing.”
