“What a lovely friendly gem this is. We booked this as a one night B&B during our South Downs walking holiday. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely ( I judge by the quality of the sausages, they were great). I would certainly highly recommend staying here, we were sadly unable to experience their cream teas mainly due to our own timing of arrival and departure. It's a lovely friendly village and we'll be coming back at some point.”

“I've been here a couple of times now and bought beautiful, clothing both times. At my last visit the wonderful staff had put aside a couple of dresses for me to try that I'd messaged about earlier in the week. They also had my perfect velvet jumpsuit in store, that wasn't available online - they specifically went out of their way to find it for me. Everyone is always amazing at helping me find my perfect style and fit for my body shape and make the experience both unique and personal. It's my favourite place to find something special. Thank you Michelle (I think that was who served me - apologies if I've got that wrong, whoever it was, they were brilliant). I will be back for more!”

“Another banging cafe in Brighton, with some of the best coffee beans if you are on the hunt. Speciality coffee made well, but the flavour and complexity of the coffee itself makes this place a gem. The vibes are always good, especially when the sun is out and people are fighting over a seat on the little benches out front - they are perfect for soaking in the sun and the huddle and bustle of Brighton on the weekend. Seating inside is a little more rustic, opting for a more mis-matched vintage style. It’s comfy and cosy, great for chilling. (Heads up, not really a cafe to work in though, there’s no wifi) The selection of cakes and bakes is not what Bond Street focuses on, but the addition of bite sized cakes to pair with the coffee is fab. Nothing stand out, but the perfect little sweet treat to complement a great cup of coffee. Try dunking! All in all, Bond Street has some of the best coffee in Brighton. Whether they make the best cup is down to preference I guess, but the beans - fab.”

“I had a very small amount of time on a very wet and windy Saturday morning in December, walked in and was helped by wonderful staff. Walked out 15 minutes later with two pairs of good fitting trousers and a Christmas top. Thank you!!”

“All the staff especially the manager cannot do enough to help you out. It is on a par with the service you get in America with help advise and getting another size for you without having to get dressed and start again. They will always double check if your size is not on display even when they are sure it's sold out. Best branch I have ever been too and the manageress should be training staff. The branch in the town centre has a completely different atmosphere and nowhere near the standard of service you receive in long field road. Huge light store with the feel and attention of a small unique boutique!!! Don't let it change.”

“Placed an order for some Sonny angels from this store. I emailed the shop to query if the Sonny angels were real, I received an email the next morning explaining that they are real and explained where the stock came from, they also answered another email I sent with another question and I received a reply within 10 minutes with a helpful answer. I am waiting for my order to arrive but the customer service was outstanding and I’m impressed with the stock of the Sonny angels, they have stock that no where else has and they aren’t extremely overpriced like other stores. Looking forward to my order arriving and will be ordering from here again.”

“This is a review for H&M Churchill square Brighton. Browsed & chose few items to try on in store. Amy was working the fitting room & was helpful & smiling constantly. I purchased 4 items & was served at the till by Megan who asked if I had a card. I do have one but didnt have it on my phone so she kindly took my email details & looked me up which meant I get my points. Also she reminded me I will receive a voucher for my upcoming b'day. She was so lovely. Folded my garments neatly & I chatted with her & the colleague (Sabrina) who was on the till by her side. What wonderful customer service frm all staff. The shop was really busy but very tidy. I will definately return.”
