“Would never buy paint ever from anywhere else. Gary (clearly an ex professional) gave me the best advice on paint choice mindful of the environment it’s going into (steamy bathroom with condensation issues and history of mold). Mixed up an exact replica of a Farrow and Ball in a trade paint mix which hands down provided a far better application than the typical diy stores. Can’t thank him and the team for being so patient with me too! Love this company, customer service personifies!,”

“We were struggling to find our pup’s vet prescribed food anywhere in the country and not only did A Coombs have it in stock (their website has a very good availability indicator), it was priced competitively and they shipped it out post haste in fantastic packaging (vastly superior to Pets At Home). The team were responsive by email as we were so unsure they would actually have it in stock but indeed they did. A wonderful team and far better than the big chain stores. He is incredibly good with my boy, Bear, who with is a large pup with a complex coat, absolutely loves going there. He literally skips in! The staff's expertise doesn't end with grooming. Jacqui provides excellent dietary advice and has an outstanding selection of food, treats, and even toys to choose from. Their Christmas Grotto is a delightful bonus. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the team, you know your furbaby is in great hands. “While they had a shop in Carnaby Street somewhatI didn't find one I could wear. But their online shop has huge sellection! Treasure trove of not only amazing shoes but handbags are gorgeous！I own quite a few of both. They are investment for future. I am very sad to learn their manufacturer isn't available any more so clearance is going on (September 2025). Get bargain before closure! I hope they can find a British manufacturer soon, and don't let the wonderful designs lost forever. It will be crime against style!”
