I don’t feel it’s a fair reflection of Tenref. They were great with us, tirelessly answering all phone calls— it never seemed to have been too much for them. They communicated with understanding, clarity yet empathetic to any concerns we had. We can’t praise Sophie and Dominique enough. Having used other companies.. Tenrefs system is straightforward, less convoluted and bears in mind the end user which is ultimately what a system should be doing. I think all high street agents should use their system.”
