“Wanting something a little different as my engagement ring so began a hunt for something organic looking and not your usual solitaire setting. A trip to Brighton seemed the perfect opportunity. Jeremy was our 1st stop, and after trying on the Triffid Coil 18ct gold with white diamond no other ring compared....3 months later after many, many compliments I still can't help but sit and just look at it. Elegant, meaningful and due its clever design, looks bespoke compared to the models pictured on the website, on my lucky finger. Looking forward to returning to Jeremy (who is such a gentleman) for our wedding rings.”

“We first went to enquire about the bespoke process over a year ago and got such a great overview from Abi, who was so engaging and made us sure we'd be coming back, even though we now live far from Brighton. We commissioned two solitaire lab diamond engagement rings. They were not particularly intricate designs, but we are quite picky, so wanted to be involved in designing them. We started the process properly this spring with Yazmin. She was very informative and helpfully transparent in our first consultation about how our budget could be best used to get exactly what we were after, which was something we hadn't necessarily had from other jewellers! We took a trip down to see the stones they had sourced a couple of months later, which were perfect, and confirmed a few more design choices. It was a lovely session and made us very excited to see them come to life. Around 2 months later they were posted to us securely. And now that we have the rings, they are everything we could have wished for. Yazmin is a ray of sunshine, so enthusiastic, helpful and communicative throughout the whole process.  And the whole business is incredibly friendly, inclusive and really just a wonderful haven of creativity. Not only are they great at what they do, they're lovely people!”

“I got my second earlobes pierced at Guru today and the staff were so lovely and kind. They made me feel welcome, and went through all the aftercare with me. The jewellery is properly sterilised before the piercing, the studio itself was very clean and sterile and I felt comfortable knowing proper procedure was being carried out. The jewellery is of good quality, and I’m happy to pay abit more for it. Overall it was a lovely experience, and they made it very enjoyable for me. “What a lovely friendly gem this is. We booked this as a one night B&B during our South Downs walking holiday. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely ( I judge by the quality of the sausages, they were great). “We purchased from Cash Converters Maidstone through the website 2 weeks ago, ordering a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. Our son needs a tablet for his A-Level studies and we couldn't afford a new unit. The offer of a reduced price second-hand tablet that we found online seemed like an optimal solution. Unfortunately, after a week of fruitless waiting for the delivery (and several misleading emails from DHL in the process), the courier company appeared to have lost the shipment in the vast volume of parcels and deliveries they handle daily. We were very disappointed and as a last resort called the Maidstone store. We were super-impressed with genuine customer service from Julie and the store manager Dan who personally engaged with DHL to locate and deliver to us our mis-handled parcel. Throughout this process, Dan was excellent in communicating what he was doing and what he was aiming to achieve. Absolutely excellent after-sale customer care. We can't recommend them highly enough so MANY thanks! PS. the tablet arrived in mint condition - top marks!”

“Following a terrible experience with F.HIND aim Crawley who kept my watch for 6 weeks and quoted £1,250 to change a Rolex clasp and switch my bezel (using my own bezel) Took my Rolex #16700 to James Stephens in Crawley. Richard hey repaired the clasp and switched the clasp in 45 minutes for £30. They also steam cleaned the watch! Outstanding honest professional customer service provided by James and Asher. I have left them with a platinum wedding ring to polish.”
