I had a problem for a few months, asked them to check during my MOT and they found it straight away and told me over the phone because it was there all day (my choice). As it is a busy garage, I had to book a slot a week later to fix the problem and they were quick (sat and waited this time), no hidden agendas and they even showed me the dodgy part they replaced, spot on!
