“I return to this restaurant regularly because of the good food. I had Chicken Vindaloo and lemon rice last night. Very tasty! Will visit again very soon.”
“My go-to takeaway spot without fail. Chilli masala is delicious and so affordable. 10/10, and they cater so well to my nut allergy. Would highly recommend!”
“Excellent food and service last night! Probably the best Indian dining experience I've had in Bristol so far. As it was for my birthday they also gave me a couple of freebies on the house which was a nice touch! Staff were extremely friendly and would recommend this to anyone. Will definitely be back.”
“Had Sunday lunch there beginning of February. Very nice. Plenty on the plate and well cooked. Really good value. Food and the Drinks. will definitely be returning soon. PROPER”
“Service was great here, with witty and fun waiters. Food was also brilliant; good sized portions and the flavours were balanced well with the spice level. Have been back for a takeaway as well and the food was ready on time with no issue.”
“Went here last night for a friends birthday, loved it! The family are great, welcoming, friendly and so accommodating. Food was great, naans are fantastic. The atmosphere was brilliant and the fact you can bring your own booze (although they do serve) makes it a exciting new spot!”
“Visited Lungi Babas today in Frome and, hand to God, had the best South Indian food so far in the UK. It was all home-cooked, the vibe was fantastic and the owner, Mahesh, is such a delight to talk to. We had been craving authentic Dosas, and what we were presented with was exceptionally good. For a person like me who enjoys eating as well as cooking Indian food, the food at Lungi Babas was a treat!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you are in Frome, do not miss out on this, as it made our day and also our trip to Frome worthwhile.”
“Insanely tasty vegetarian and vegan Indian street food. Only a few options but you don't need choice when the food is this good. Best samosas I've ever had.”
“Just had a lovely curry from here. Owner was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend royal tandoori”
“Absolutely fantastic meal can’t fault it simply the best and thank you for doing a meal for one highly recommended thank you”
“This restaurant has got better and better. The friendly staff make you feel welcome and the food is top notch. I have used this restaurant 5 times in the past two months both eat in and takeaway. It’s by far the best restaurant in melksham in my opinion. Good portions and always seems freshly cooked.”
“Takeaway meal was excellent! Lovely spices. Huge portions and free poppadoms. Delivery was within the time stated. Better than the best Indian in Burnham. Will definitely use again!”
“This place! What can I say other than absolute perfection. The food is always piping hot, it’s amazing tasting, the staff and manager are outstanding! Very polite, very professional, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, clean and tidy. Food delicious and amazing. I love going back here every time. Can’t wait to go again soon!”
“A down to earth Indian restaurant with a bewilderingly extensive menu. And good value! My lamb Pathia was sublime. The lamb was tender and tasted amazing.”
“Tasty food with good sized portions in a beautiful building. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a good atmosphere”
“Me and my family had a lovely experience at Tandoori Garden. All the dishes were bursting with rich, authentic Indian flavours, served fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and friendly creating a place that gets the food and service so right. I highly recommend!!”
“Absolutely beautiful food. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, didn’t have to wait long for my food at all. The restaurant is beautiful too. Very strongly recommend! :)”
“Great food and great service. Came here for a family catch up and they couldn't have been more helpful. BYOD as they don't sell alcohol, so you save on restaurant priced drinks too. Helped elderly relatives and were polite, no rush, even on a busy Saturday night. I'd definitely recommend coming here for a great curry.”
“I have been eating at and getting take aways from this restaurant regularly for at least 10 years. The food is excellent and highly consistent, neither is it expensive. The service is super polite, friendly and personal. I simply cannot believe that anyone would leave a bad review for this restaurant. The best Dhansak in Bristol! Honestly, it is worth travelling for this restaurant. If you normally get a take away from these guys, try eating in. The nan bread is much more crispy. Keep up the excellent work guys x”
“Absolutely beautiful restaurant, very clean, lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. And the food was unbelievably! Best curry me and my partner have ever had. Beautifully served, and every mouthful was a blessing! Would definitely recommend! Fab pricing as well!”
“Excellent food, excellent service. My two daughters can't eat Gluten.. so to come to a place where (almost) the entire menu was Gluten Free was amazing. Ali and the team were brilliant, very welcoming and offering suggestions. I can't recommend this place enough!”
“A busy Saturday night in a quaint underground restaurant that reminded me of the Mos Eisley Cantina from Star Wars. Private booths with incredible service and fantastic food. I couldn't recommend anywhere better to have Indian food whilst in Bath!”
“Delicious food, amazing mocktails and great service! We had a pleasant experience at the coconut tree, our server Ash was very attentive and gave us recommendations. The portion sizes may not look big but they do fill you up very quickly. The calamari in particular was the star of the show! We’d love to come back to try the other half of the menu.”
“We had an excellent takeaway from Namaste. We put in a very large order when staying with a group of friends in a cottage near Bradford-on-Avon for the weekend. The Namaste team were great, they took the large order, and delivery was prompt, with delicious food, all hot and fresh. There is a great meal deal, which allows you to select the components of your meal from most of the dishes on the menu, which makes it very reasonable. Thanks very much!”
“I would like to thank the staff for being so helpful I would say they went above and beyond, after placing a large order for collection not realising I had placed the order with the wrong restaurant in a different town. The staff arranged to drive half way to meet us with order and on arrival home the food was still hot all our party enjoyed the food ordered if I lived closer would definitely use this restaurant again, I would definitely recommend this restaurant service was outstanding and food to match”
“Jay is fantastic he is very friendly and welcoming, service is second to none, loads of choices to accommodate everyone, restaurant is immaculate and clean, comfy chairs and waiting area, takeaway and restaurant is fantastic the best around you wont find a better Indian for miles, thanks jay”
“Lovely meal, really tasty food, service great. Ceylon absolutely delicious! Thanks!”
“My wife and I and our spaniel Bella spent an amazing evening and overnight stay at the Clachan. All the staff were friendly, attentive and utterly charming. This place is an absolute dog friendly gem. We fined on the bar and had a fabulous supper. My wife plumped for the tandoori monkfish with a side dish of Bombay potato. She’s still waxing about it. I had the fish which was great, but wish I’d gone for the baby lemon sole! The ales were in tip too condition too. And my food and drink bill was very reasonable in the current climate!! Breakfast was fabulous too, and all served with a smile. Bella slept like a log too. It’s a 50 minute drive off the M74 if you are headed north or south and looking for an overnight stop, but it’s worth every mile. I would say booking is essential for room and food. We wish the owners - the landlady and chef - all the best for their upcoming nuptials. You put a smile on the face of two travel weary oldies. Thank you. Mike & Chris”
“Came here for the first time recently on a Monday night, so it was somewhat quiet. But U can't fault Mango House at all. Very good service, excellent food and service. They seem to do everything right.”
