“A well stocked, large House of Fraser in the Cabot Circus centre. The range of brands is great compared to Debenhams and they even give Selfridges a run for their money. Sales are frequent and include most high end brands like Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and many more. The customer service is great and the, very quiet cafe serves delicious dishes. Park in the Galleries if you want to shop the rest of Broadmead.”

“I love peacocks because they sell goods at a reasonable price. They have a great range of sizes from really tiny to the fuller figures. That is something thst ypu don't necessarily get in your big cities like Bath. Peacocks really keep very close to the latest fashions. For me though, what makes our lovely local store special is the staff who have been there for many years. It makes you feel comfortable and they only too willing to help.”

“My Partner ordered a pair of gloves online to be delivered to the Southgate Shop for collection. We live in Northants. The next afternoon after arriving in Bath we called into the shop to enquire about the gloves. Several assistants checked for us but could not locate the item and called for Jess. Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order. Was very impressed by Jess, her demeanour and attitude in getting our order efficiently and quickly. Impressed by Jess and her manner in getting customer satisfaction without fuss or drama. The other members of staff were pleasant and helpful too. A very Satisfied Customer.”

Despite there being quite a few people already in the shop, we were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the manager. She advised, assisted and prompted in a friendly and knowledgeable way throughout. She was happy to fetch different sizes and offer advice and we never felt rushed or pressured.
