“My Partner ordered a pair of gloves online to be delivered to the Southgate Shop for collection. We live in Northants. The next afternoon after arriving in Bath we called into the shop to enquire about the gloves. Several assistants checked for us but could not locate the item and called for Jess. Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order. Was very impressed by Jess, her demeanour and attitude in getting our order efficiently and quickly. Impressed by Jess and her manner in getting customer satisfaction without fuss or drama. “A well stocked, large House of Fraser in the Cabot Circus centre. The range of brands is great compared to Debenhams and they even give Selfridges a run for their money. Sales are frequent and include most high end brands like Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and many more. The customer service is great and the, very quiet cafe serves delicious dishes. Despite there being quite a few people already in the shop, we were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the manager. She advised, assisted and prompted in a friendly and knowledgeable way throughout. She was happy to fetch different sizes and offer advice and we never felt rushed or pressured.
