The seating area has been well thought out and everything was well organised. Teddies first trip to the vets was very pleasant making it easier for our next trip. He was totally relaxed 8n the car going home.”

“After using Rowes Thornbury for the past 2 years for our boxer dog we had no hesitation signing our new chocolate labrador puppy up to be under rowes care. Unfortunately 5:30 last night she had a funny fall on her front leg fearing the worse we contacted the Thornbury branch and was seen to within half hour. A pain relief injection and some cuddles from the team and she is back on her feet and her happy self. Would highly recommend!”

“When I got my hamster I thought it was worthwhile registering her at a vets as not every vet will deal with hamsters. Forward 18 months and our girl was very poorly (part old age/part tumour came when we suddenly found blood) so we rang at 11:30 at night for emergency vets and they said to come straight down. Thats when they found the lump and gave us the bad news. It cost £158 for consultation and meds and a scan, and keep in mind this is now midnight, I didnt mind paying for help with our girl. Another 2 weeks and she went rapidly downhill again so again we went back at midnight sent her for her forever sleep. All I can say is the vets were brilliant and very sympathetic at a time I was devastated. Very happy to recommend. Today we even got a lovely 'in sympathy' card is the post which was very unexpected.”

When he became ill, we were told there wasn’t much chance of recovery, but the amazing team cared for him 24/7 for a whole week and never gave up on him. “It's the best vet ever ! Dr. Michael, it's fully focused on animals ! Help my family when my dog was a faulty diagnostic with cancer, and we have been sent for special care hospital. We take a second opinion, and in less than 5 minutes, we have been telling its wrong diagnostic, and my dog has only stones in her bladder. In the next 3 days, we have a spot for operation. Dr. takes care of our dog as best as he and his practice can ! My family always recommended this vet for our friends!”

“Our 22 year old cat has a small lump on her bottom eye lid. She hates going in the car and gets very agitated and stressed. I took a picture of her eye and the vet on duty gave free advice that it was nothing to worry about. Our cat has been with this practice all her long life and we have always found them to be first class.”
