The staff have always been unfailingly efficient and helpful in providing this important medication and I have never had any problems. In addition, my partner was recently tested positive for Covid whilst staying with me and so couldn't pick up his medication from his home town. Boots at Fishponds, however, were exceptionally helpful and arranged a home delivery of his drugs the next day. We are so lucky to have such an efficient and helpful service at our disposal - much appreciated and many thanks.”

“OUT OF DATE. New Team in Place and service is now good.Currently in a mess as Boots withdraws from location with another pharamcy taking it's place. My repeat from 3 weeks ago was not completed. Meanwhile the poor staff have been left in the lurch unable to order new stock and deal with unhappy patients. New Pharmacy is due to open 12 August 2024. 28/08/24. New Pharmacy Open and service back to normal. Still some problems with Repeat prescriptions that have gone to Boots, but otherwise service back to good.”

“This chemist is unbelievably slow. The prescriptions for my mum which she needed friday took 4 days and it still wasnt ready when i collected. I was being served and then the cashier started a ten minute conversation with someone already being served. There is always a queue and obviously not enough staff to deal with demand. How Day Lewis have taken on the chemist opposite is an absolute disaster as they can't run one chemist in a professional timely manner let alone two. I give this chemist no stars and will not be using again.”
