“A superb stay in Bristol, close to city centre, bus routes and restaurants, cafes and bars . We were at the university open day , it was a 10 minute walk to the university. We used a deluxe room ( double with single ) for three people, the room was spacious , the bathroom was extremely clean .the service was excellent. Check in and checkout was easy , 24/7 reception staff available. Ice dispenser in the corridor was very useful. The breakfast buffet- perfectly cooked and tasty hot English breakfast along with a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, cheeses as well as English continental options, Highly recommend to book breakfast online when you book the room . A five star experience in Bristol!”

“This was our second stay at the fabulous Bristol Hotel. My wife had recently fractured her ankle, and this was her 1st trip out of the house in weeks. The reception staff were amazing. They changed our room to one a lot more usable for someone on crutches without us even asking us. The restaurant and bar staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us to make sure my wife was comfortable and could get around easily. Great choice of food and drinks, and the service was excellent. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. The rooms come with everything you need for a great stay. Would we stay here again.......... YES We would like to thank all the staff for making us feel welcome and looking after us.”

“This bar is amazing. Best, tasty and coldest beer in town and the food was delicious. I travelled through here on our recent trip from Australia. Can’t get this place out of my head. “We are a perfectionist, hardly leave reviews, however this place absolutely deserves one! No fault to the food, simply delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was wonderful we felt we were in knightsbridge (London). What we loved most is that this place is a true Italian unlike most Italian restaurants around which are a company rather than a family business. Great design everything matched everything with excellent parking facilities right next to the restaurant. We shall definitely be retuning weekly. Thank you Ben&Sarah!”

“We have hosted our Office Christmas Party at Zerodegrees in Bristol twice now, and have had extremely positive experiences both times. We are a large group of 300, and the venue was perfect. The event manager Paul was extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough to help, ensuring the party went smoothly. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and ensured we had the best time. The food was great (we opted for a buffet style) and it was perfect for the guests, we had plenty and the venue kept replenishing ensuring food was fresh and we had what we needed. They also took allergies very seriously and ensured everything was clearly labelled. The venue is perfect for a mix of standing and seating, making it accessible for all and great for the whole evening (from eating and chatting earlier in the night, to plenty of room for dancing later on!) Thank you so much to the whole Zerodegrees team for making our night fantastic!”

Contacted them again and told quickly this time our complaint was still dismissed. Customer service as bad as couriers! Don’t use Just Eat!! Do use the restaurant!”
