“Booked this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. I also booked car parking for the week with shuttle transfer to the airport, for some reason it wasn't available at 4am the following morning, but without even asking they arranged a complementary taxi to take us, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. pick up from the airport was just as efficient, just a call to the driver and ten minutes later he arrived to take us back to our car. Just couldn't find fault with this hotel or any of there staff.”

“Service was immaculate. Breakfast and evening meal were amazing. Reception staff went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Room was spacious and had a great view over the water. Close to the city centre everything was a stones throw a way. The pool closed the week before we came which was a little disappointing but didn’t really affect us as there was plenty in the area to do. Thanks to the Holland House team for making our weekend so amazing.”

“The place was clean and delicious!!! The staff was friendly and attentive. Me and my friend arrived at 12pm for lunch and payed 25 pounds each for full all-you-can-eat menu and barbecue. At first I thought it was too expensive…but when I saw the amount of rich meats they offered I noticed how cheap it actually was! The Kimpa was delicious! The cooked meats, kimchi and fried chicken were soooooo good! Shrimps, meat, pork and chicken were offered for us to take and cook. It was so fun!! We will come again!”

Real smart mod con facilities usb points in beds plugs even a reading light What more could you ask for. I felt like a flash packer not a backpacker ☺️ I Was checked in by Louise she told me all about the facilities and very professional was even given a free drink for booking on there site. She made me feel welcome great service and hospitality. Josh was great to good customer service made me feel welcome. Zach was great to very professional and helped me with all the questions I had during my stay. If your in bath definitely look these guys up”
