He took the time to do a full gait analysis and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really confident about what I needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and offered a range of options at different price points, with no pressure—just genuine, helpful advice. “Today I visited the Hobbs store in Cribbs Causeway. I was looked after by a delightful assistant called Rebecca. She was so helpful and brought lots of accessories into the changing rooms for me to try with the dresses. She didn’t put any pressure on me to buy, but suggested I went and had a break before deciding. I hadn’t made a special appointment but was treated as if I had.
