“I was in this store last week with a pair of faulty docs and was served by a lady named Samantha, who was an absolute star, was really understanding and incredibly helpful, I then had to go back in today and once again the team in there were brilliant, great customer service!”

“Excellent, I ordered a pair of Merrell walking shoes online on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. I was a bit wary of ordering online as I have had a bad experience previously with another company, and prefer to visit the store if possible, but I didn't need to worry. The ordering process was really easy. I received a confirmation email when the shoes were dispatched, and I was able to track the delivery online. The shoes were a great price, and are a good fit, comfortable straight from the box.”

“I love the Yate store, and everyone is so helpful. Their customer service is second to none. However, i do wish you stocked the larger sizes in store as I am a larger lady and can never buy anything on the high street at all. I went away for a weekend and forgot a skirt or trousers to change into, unfortunately you had stopped selling the larger sizes and ao I was unable to get anything. People sizes 14 upwards seem to have many choices of shops. We bigger ladies have none.”

“Today I walked past this store and a tracksuit caught my eye, when I entered I was greeted by two men who worked here, took me to the clothing I wanted, and assisted me both on a professional level and a personal, friendly level like one of the boys. They catered my needs gave me opinions in the changing room, which led to me buying both of the colours they had. These two gentleman actually made my day which is why I am leaving this review. Clothes fit perfect, I’m 6’5. Whoever these two men were working deserve pay rises.”

“I'd like to share the exceptional customer service I received at Allsaints, cabot circus, Bristol. I bought a jacket in October and noticed a thread on the belt loop coming loose, I decided to take my jacket into the store and discuss it with the staff. I was assisted by a female with short dark hair who couldn't do enough for me, she found every jacket for me to try and was willing to exchange mine. I couldn't find one that I prefered to my balfern, so she agreed with her manager to not only swap mine for another, but honoured the current 30% black Friday discount. Thank you Allsaints, you are doing a great job!”

“I searched for a local lingerie shop to get a fitting and purchase some bras. The shop itself is clean and well laid out, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. I was taken into a pretty changing room and brought an array of bras one at a time to try on and gage what size I was. Each bra fit perfectly after we established what size I required. The lady attending to me has an eye for fashion and what suited my frame. Unfortunately, the bras were outside of my current budget, but despite that the lady serving me was absolutely lovely, informed me about their gift card options and treated me with dignity. Fantastic service and lovely service staff. Once I'm in a position to treat myself I intend to visit again.”

“Was dreading trying to find an affordable, plus size outfit for a wedding abroad. Yours were fantastic, such lovely staff, especially Paris, who helped me immensely. I not only found an outfit but also a whole new wardrobe. Because of my disability Paris brought a choice of items for me to try after quizzing me on some likes and dislikes. Nothing was too much trouble and the service I received was definitely 5 star. It makes me want to go back there. Sorry John Lewis who also sell Tommy Hilfiger clothes. “I visited the store with my work shoes which had for some bizar reason sharp points coming through the material at both heels. This created discomfort on a long shift and I needed to put plasters on them and my socks also got holes because of it. I was told that this was possibly a factory fault and it was changed without any issues. Excellent service and after care. Will definitely continue purchasing my work shoes from there again.”

My husband and I were in there for about an hour both trying on a bunch of options and trying to decide which we liked best. There was almost too many to choose from.
