“Great for a short stay. Rooms are large, Clark and very warm with wonderful views, just need a few small extras such a more lamps, electric sockets, decorations such as pictures, etc to make them perfect!”

“We had stayed in a Travelodge the previous night and this place was lightyears better. The room is excellent and the location is well situated in the area. However, what makes it really great are the reception staff. The two women on reception were friendly, good with our boy and gave the impression that they couldn't do enough for us, should we need anything.”

“We had a lovely 4 night stay here and we felt at home right from the start. Nice spacious room clean and well maintained. The bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. We had a lovely view of pultney river. Nothing was too much for any of the staff. Matteo at breakfast is a great asset to the hotel. He is so welcoming and nothing is too much for him.”

“First time i've been in Bristol and "The Old Port House Bristol" is the place i stayed. What a great place i will say. Excellent price ratio, very clean and professional/approachable staff. Was just amazing. Will 100% recommend it to my friends and is definitely a place to stay.”

“Lovely B & B located on a beautiful, centrally located street in Bath. We enjoyed three nights at the Windsor and the highlights were its great location close to the Abbey, shopping and restaurants; the delicious and filling daily breakfasts but, most of all the amazing guest service. The owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us even doing our laundry at no charge! The room was quite comfortable and roomy but in all honesty I do feel the room was dated and in need of some minor upkeep/repair. I also don't feel the accommodation reflected a true 5 star establishment, more a 4 star. That being said, the customer care and genuine welcoming atmosphere we experienced bumped the Windsor up to my 5 star rating.”

“A charming boutique hotel with beautiful interior design, very friendly staff, and spotless rooms. The breakfast team in particular deserves a shout-out - they were exceptional. As a VIP Member, I received early check-in and a complimentary glass of wine, plus 15% off food and beverages. Prices at the hotel are reasonable and the food quality is surprisingly good. Breakfast is served à la carte with a few selection of dishes, and you’re free to mix and match. I ordered Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale during my stay - both were excellent. The only downsides were a broken faucet in the bathroom and the room being located on the lower ground floor (-1). Overall, a great place to stay and a perfect base for exploring Bath. #reviewbyafandi #tripbyafandi”

“An absolutely beautiful pub with outstanding food, which is reasonably priced. The kids menu is very good too and our 3 year old granddaughter also enjoyed her meal. The staff were extremely accommodating as we arrived for our reservation early, on the hottest day of the year, with an extremely hot and hungry granddaughter. Which we were very thankful for! Will definitely visit again and possibly try out the carvery on a Sunday.”

“I moved into Noble House a few years ago. I struggled to find somewhere suitable, that was also dog friendly. I’ve been blown away by how lovely the apartment is and how helpful all of the management are. Everyone is very friendly and reliable and the location is ideal. The social events are also brilliant.”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of staying for 10 nights at the Fox View Guesthouse in July 2023. Ray & Shakun were fantastic hosts (so friendly and welcoming). The room we stayed in was delightful, well presented, bright, had all the amenities & was immaculately maintained and, the view of the Park from our room was amazing (unfortunately we didn't see any foxes during our stay). The adjoining bathroom was similarly immaculately maintained and well presented. The Fox View Guesthouse is perfectly positioned to the Ring Road, local shops, supermarkets, eateries and Bath City Centre is only a short drive away. Thank you Ray and Shakun.”

“Cliftonvalley Apartments 23-26th Mar 2020. Myself, my husband and 2 daughters stayed at this immaculate, bright, warm, airy and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment. It was ideal in many ways. All required amenities were provided, including Superfast broadband It was ideal for our needs -Accessibly located in relation to main transport links and in relation to local services, local parks, ( a few hundred metres away), Filton’s lovely community garden and Bristol town centre -The apartment had parking space and it’s own garden that was a lovely sun trap and unoverlooked -The property is also located in a friendly estate, and also very quiet so we had a restful nights sleep each night Definitely one to revisit Much better than a hotel room”
