βGreat location ! And a lovely modern, clean apartment . We had a fabulous stay - Bristol has so much to offer . Highly recommendedβ
βHotel is excellent, rooms emaculate, so clean. Every detail taken care of beautiful soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also, have hairdryer and straighteners which was brilliant. Staff absolutely wonderful. We also, went to Diner and food and service fabulous. Would highly recommend. Thank you so muchβ
βLovely and remote venue located in a fantastic surrounding. Fully equipped for all your needs and all the rooms having ensuite was a fantastic addition. We walked up to the temple inn for food which is about a mile away. Will definitely plan on returning in the future.β
βA beautiful cottage to stay in. We really enjoyed it here. Lovely clean facilities. Excellent communication from the hosts. Highly recommended.β
βExcellent well appointed studio apartment in Bristol, with a lift. Easy check in with codes texted before arrival. Easy to find next to Brewdog yet lovely and quiet due to cul de sac location. So near to town attractions. Great open plan apartment with comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Would definitely stay again.β
βGreat place beautiful surroundings. Very friendly helpful owner. Home from home.β
βA superb stay in Bristol, close to city centre, bus routes and restaurants, cafes and bars . We were at the university open day , it was a 10 minute walk to the university. We used a deluxe room ( double with single ) for three people, the room was spacious , the bathroom was extremely clean .the service was excellent. Check in and checkout was easy , 24/7 reception staff available. Ice dispenser in the corridor was very useful. The breakfast buffet- perfectly cooked and tasty hot English breakfast along with a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, cheeses as well as English continental options, Highly recommend to book breakfast online when you book the room . A five star experience in Bristol!β
βMy nephew and I used this hotel as our base during a trip to Bristol. The location is the best. We had a 2 room suite and it was fantastic. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. We also had access to the executive lounge, this is a fantastic added extra. Great space with snacks and drinks (including beer and wine at night). The exec lounge also included a full breakfast. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.β
βNice, clean apartment for a night stay. Warm & homely.β
βExcellent hotel for early morning flights. Continental breakfast from 4am before hot breakfast from 6am. Although check in was busy staff were quick and efficient. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Evening meal menu was not extensive but food was good value for money as were the drinks from the bar. Would recommendβ
βHad a great time. Cozy atmosphere, good drinks, and the service was spot on. Our server, Max, was friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Would definitely come back again!β
βThe apartment was absolutely perfect. It was roomy, very clean and had everything anyone could need. The bathroom was very nice and warm and the shower powerful. The towels were very fluffy and the shower gel and shampoo smelled divine. The bed and pillows were so comfy too and the TV has a very high quality picture. As for the location it was perfect. In a quiet area just south of the river, not in the Ulez zone but only 6 mn away from the centre on foot so you can safely leave your car at the flat in the private parking bay. All in all we had a fantastic time and we would definitely recommend you stay there.β
βLovely hotel and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are lovely, plenty of space. Thought gone into it like plug sockets in important places, bedside and next to vanity mirror. Often overlooked. Good quality toiletries much appreciated. Only comment is that reception staff were cool and not very welcoming although efficient. Would stay again and use novotel again.β
βReally lovely staff. Two guys who were working this morning were kind and helpful. And the guy who worked last night was friendly and helpful too. Good facilities. Great rooms that are rather modern and rustic. Quite loud at times due to night life and having a bar and activity area below. The rooms have good facilities and are very modern, however my room smelt like leather cleanerβ¦ wasnβt a huge fan of that but Iβm sure others might like it. My toilet was also was slightly dirty when I arrived but I understand you canβt expect them to be spotless everywhere.β
βThis is a very basic sleeping facility. Food is available at the hotel and Spa, and at a Cafe just beside the Lodge. Ample packing. Only flip side is the checking in at the hotel and spa, I came in with family in the rain and had to run back by foot to check in. Ambience is very lovely as well.β
βStayed for one night and had a nice, spacious room looking out onto the river. I liked the modern ambience of my room, however the bed was a bit too hard for my liking and I could hear a lot of noise coming from the riverside and the corridors, so it didn't seem like it was very well soundproofed. However I still managed to get a good nights sleep, probably more because I'd already had quite a few beers lol, so these issues were just minor. However the best thing about this hotel is the city centre location. Nicely perched on the riverside and just mere seconds to all the nice craft beer pubs on King Street. Will stay again!β
βAmazing setting, great hotel. The staff were warm and friendly. Lily on reception was welcoming and knowledgeable and made us feel at home. The supervisor Harriet was also great with giving a little bit of local information about Bristol to help our trip be even better. Tilly was also on hand on our last day to help us enjoy our stay! What a team, we will definitely come back and stat here againβ
βMy housemates and I had a very positive experience with Bristol Student Lets. Our property manager Russ was quick to resolve the few issues that we had and was always around to answer any queries. Russ made our two years living in our Uni house a very good experience and we feel lucky to have had him as our property manager. Thank you Russ!β
βStunning location and building an institution which definitely need more recognition for all the support it give to their medical students.β
βMe and my partner really enjoyed staying at the guest house. Firstly it's in a good location ,It was a very short walk from Temple Meads train station ,and it's also quite close to the centre. The property was clean and comfortable with all the mod cons.β
βA very professional experienced company to rent from. I rented from them for over 3 years and it was a pleasure to do so. I would highly recommend.β
βUsed to go here when I was at uni 2008-2012. Lovely, friendly, inclusive environment in which I was very happy. I felt invited into my friend's world and thoroughly enjoyed my time.β
βCan't complain at all, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and even had air conditioning which was a relief. The buffet breakfast was cheap and totally acceptable It's very close proximity to a Subway and short distance from a supermarket was convenient as wellβ
βWent here even after reading the other reviews, just for the idea of novelty value. But, it was actually a really nice place to stay, didn't need to book in advance, and could get a room with my friend for only Β£16 each. Clean, well looked after, good housekeeping routine, more of a self-service basis, but with the nature of it being a hostel works efficiently. Provided free tee and coffee, had a lounge, living room(TV, DVD's Books), kitchen with dining table, music and gaming room. The rooms have safes or you can keep valuables at the reception, the place felt more like a little community than somewhere that could be hostile, and be at risk of losing your things or health and safety being at risk. I couldn't recommend it more, and would definitely stay here every time I go to Bristol, and will recommend others that they do also.β
βThis is a very well-loved yet tired Motel. This is not a Hotel as name says. With that in mind.... It was clean. Water was hot. Good breakfast. Staff was excellent. Location was easy from Bristol airport. My flight came in after midnight and staff waited for me. Do not use Google maps to find this. It will make you walk extra steps Ask airport staff... It is an old building...but looks like owners are doing a great job refurbishing it. ...and I have to add this... The room service maid was nice and very pretty.β
β5 stars to Ellie and Amber, those girls are absolutely brilliant at their jobs and stars! So kind and understanding, the hotel and kitchen was absolutely rammed and they still persevered and got through it with a smile despite there only being two of them. Amazing customer service and understanding and cannot complain. They really made our stay. Rooms were okay, no issues, we had an issue with one of the rooms (our fault, our child had an accident on the bed) we offered to change the sheets with some spare bedding and they gave us an upgrade instead! Didnβt expect this at all, as was happy to just change the sheets ourselves as it was technically our fault, but the staff insisted. Internet connection was poor and no signal during the entire 3 day stay, parking and signal/wifi issues were the only letdown with this hotel. Nearly Β£50 parking for a 3 day stay, damaged our car on the way in due to a sudden steep drop, so be mindful. Β£10 for WiFi for 3 days that didnβt work, we did complain however it was not resolved.β
βSeriously. 44 pounds for a double room. The sheets were clean, the room was tidy. It was quiet and very easy to find. There was even parking for a tenner. If i had paid a lot of money i might have complained a bit about the older appliances or the daggy decor. But you get what you pay for and for 44 pound a night my wife and i were extremely happyβ
