They explain everything in a way that actually makes sense, so you know exactly what’s being done and why. No pressure—just honest, straightforward service. They’re also incredibly efficient, so you’re never left waiting around longer than necessary. Another great touch is their MOT reminder service. If you’ve had your MOT done with them before, they’ll send you both an email and a letter when it’s coming up for renewal, which is really handy. It’s just another example of how well they look after their customers. The whole team is brilliant, from the receptionist to the mechanics, but a special shoutout to Nathan S, who is always professional, efficient, and really knows his stuff. The level of service and genuine care you get here is why I keep coming back year after year. Also, if you do need to wait around, there are a couple of coffee shops within a five-minute walk, which is a nice bonus. 10/10 would absolutely recommend, especially if you’re someone who worries about being overcharged or misled at a garage.
