Went on to collect it later that day, and he said, as he only had a few left, he'll give me an extra 10% off. Brilliant! Once, back at camp, found the poles to be different to what they should be. Called James, and he said, no worries, bring it back, and I'll exchange it for another one. Which he did, without any issues. And as a bonus, as he said, this will end up in the bin, as it's wrong, I'll give you the 4 correct pieces of pole, so you have spares. Fantastic! Brilliant service. “We used Edgar and his team to help us with a clothing display unit repair. This was a time sensitive job and due to our event being in a Costco warehouse we were only allowed to carry out repairs during a certain time window. As soon as I called Edgar and told him about the job he was happy to help us which was a massive relief. I was able to book a apppoinment the following day. This wasn't a straightforward job, there were multiple things to be done from replacing and fitting new runners and wheels to welding and straightneing locking pins. Edgar worked on 4 units and managed to complete all the jobs we asked him to do in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Edgar and his team. They kept us updated and we received pictures and videos of the work at the end once it's been completed. Very happy!”
