“It's a good sized store in a town that needs more big names stores. I ordered online sinply because there was an offer online for no 7 products that wasn't available in store, but I collected the item from the shop. The staff were very helpful and the collection was quick and easy. There are social distancing measures in place to help shoppers feel safe but as its such a big store there were no queues or restrictions on the customer numbers”

“A teeny- tiny pharmacy but has always had what I've needed! It's open late & on weekends ,so is perfect when you need a prescription from outside of usual Dr & pharmacy hours. The pharmacist is always friendly & helpful. It's like a little tardis in there!”

“Greatest chemist I’ve had the pleasure to use and I’ve used a few over the years, I order my prescriptions online, pick them up a few days later and rarely have they been unable to fulfil the prescription too. The owners are wonderful folks to speak too and the guy that sorts the prescriptions is an absolute star. They’re all very knowledgeable and helpful and frankly I never had a bad experience there, so it’s an easy review to write, one I should have done a year or two ago. I hope the government start to recognise that these smaller independent pharmacies need much needed cash injections from central government and stop adding to their workload. “Generally excellent service in-store and when collecting online orders. Nice selection of food in the foodhall and reasonable selection of clothing although I prefer to shop online for these items. Parking is usually good but these last months with the construction and addition of the latest drive-thru has been nothing short of a nightmare. Have avoided shopping at the Arena because of this as parking and leaving the site has been difficult.”
