“Absolutely fantastic facility. Pool is amazing and immaculately clean. Showers are all brand new and also kept immaculately clean. Katie the manager is super friendly and helpful and provided all sorts of toys for our kids to play with. Would thoroughly recommend this place we will certainly be visiting again very soon.”

“We had a fabulous time here. 2 teenagers absolutely loved it. 80 minutes of swimming, climbing, running and jumping. The time flew. I sat on the decking and enjoyed an ice cream. It was busy so there was no chance of getting in without a pre booked ticket.”

“I live very close to this place and often visit here. This is the best place to walk, relax and do some recreational activities. There are tennis courts (I think you need to reserve them in advance), place to skate, there are swings, see-saw and other things for small kids to play. Usually on the weekends it will be crowded. I usually come here to read books or to have walk depends on the weather of course. There are a lot of things people can do here. Many people walk their dogs, train them or play fetch the ball with them. This place has multiple entrances but limited parking spot so you have to figure it on your Own.”

“One of our favourite walks around here, lots of open space, a lake to walk around, small play area and beautiful views of the castle. Free parking for a short time which is great. Looking forward to seeing what it's like when the new sports facility is open.”

The range of activities available is impressive, from swimming and gym facilities to courts for various sports. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help. The pool is clean and well-maintained, perfect for both casual swimmers and serious training. I particularly enjoyed the fitness classes; they cater to all skill levels and are led by energetic instructors. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place to work out or unwind. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking it out!”

“If you are trying to learn to swim front crawl, I can't recommend Penny highly enough. Learning to swim front crawl at the age of 50 was always going to be a challenge for me, and after having nearly 6 months of lessons with a "traditional" swimming coach, I was getting nowhere...exhausted after 50 metres and on the verge of giving up, so I contacted Penny. She took my swimming back to basics, and she taught me lots of simple TI drills. With her guidance I am now a confident swimmer, in both the pool, and open water. It has taken time, and commitment, but would have been impossible without Penny's patience, and guidance, for which I am very grateful.”

“I went here for the first time on Sunday. It was very relaxed and well organised. I got my wetsuit on, had a quick safety briefing and description of the course and was into the lake in no time! I will definitely be returning :)”

“Fantastic Building. Last I went down here was probably early 90s to have a look around not the building. But around the grounds where Cricket etc is played. I come across a huge swimming pool not in use ? Where it dips off. I ain't been back for ages. It looked very Victorian ? Statues all around this pool. Has it been cleaned out ? I love to see photo's of it.”

The gym has a variety of different equipment, from Cardio to resistance. Membership is very reasonable, and the long opening hours means it's great for an early morning or late night workout. Swimming lessons are available here.”

“We were visiting family in Coventry and decided to go to The Wave unfortunately due to the time of our visit we were unable to go to a Quiet Time session. My son is autistic so was worried he wouldn’t cope. But he had the most amazing experience along with the rest of the family. Staff were very supportive and understanding which took the stress out of our visit. There were a couple of slides not working but they seemed scary ones which my children wouldn’t have gone on anyway so no impact on us. They loved the slides with boats and the lazy river. Staff were very friendly and well organised! Will definitely be back.”

“Am giving 5 stars based on carol and Alasdair. I was unsure on whether to switch to this gym but carol is the best lady to talk to as she provided extensive options and gave a thorough tour. I didn’t feel pressure and she was warm and friendly. Alasdair is a brilliant instructor I would highly recommend his vinyasa flow classes.”

Her Pilates class is exceptionally well planned, with warm up stretches building to more challenging activities throughout the session and always plenty of advice on variations to meet everyone’s needs. Her calm and gentle manner coupled with professional knowledge make every lesson a delight and have helped me to make progress with flexibility and balance.”

“We hired the pool out for a 10th birthday party. The children had an hour in the pool on the inflatable obstacle course and an hour in the party room. The duty manager was so helpful. The kids had an amazing time. I would highly recommend.”
