“I went to this store on Sunday specifically as it was the only Boots in Coventry which stocked something I wanted. One lady (I forgot to get her name but she's a brunette with a great sense of style, awesome glasses and a fringe) was insanely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed and didn't hesitate to ask her manager if the item was available but in the back. When she returned with the item I needed, she also brought the other two in the range. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to that particular staff member - you were awesome!”

I'm sorry I didn't get the lady's name who served me, but she was so lovely. I was rushing around that day, forgot shopping bags and had my young son with me. She realised some of the presents were likely for him, kept them hidden behind the counter and asked if I needed a bag. She then taped tissue paper over the boxes in the bag to make sure he wouldn't see anything. Really appreciated your thoughtfulness, you are a star!”

When we asked if it came with one, Jayden was very helpful - he checked the system and found one on site for me to try on. Meanwhile I left two smoked salmons 3 daze ago at the self checkout and customer service said No receipt? No problem and they traced the transaction via my Clubcard and okayed me to get some more. But everyone is so cool at this Tesco and the muzak is great.”

I will certainly be back again. Great customer service, and refreshing to see the younger generation helping us elderly folk thanks again.
