“Following a survey visit and a subsequent quotation from Jesse, I ordered two 3.5kW Mitsubishi systems, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. I have a solar and battery system and I thought that I would be able to power them efficiently. On the day of the installation three fitters arrived on time and installed them without delay and with minimum disruption. I have been using the system for 2 days now during a cold snap and am amazed to find how economical they are to run. The downstairs unit actually heats the whole house! Excellent company, excellent product and exceptional service. Highly recommended, Thank you JR Cooling, I'm really happy!”

“The most gorgeous little shoe shop. Our friend recommended it to have our toddlers feet measured and we've been back repeatedly. The brands they carry are fab, many made in Britain and their customer service is fantastic. They are really patient with our little one who is now a whizz at getting his feet measured by their wonderful team. We'll be back again soon!”

“Friend took me here last night on a Xmas trip up to Swad for an impromptu curry night and have to say was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The red onion pickle tray pot is a delight and my garlic chilli chicken was delicious. Meat was cooked perfectly and very well spiced. Would deffo eat there regular if lived nearby.”

“Fantastic food and atmosphere for our wedding anniversary dinner. Nothing was too much trouble, my wife is gluten free and they were able to do her a gluten free base pizza. Definitely order the olives as well! Loved the fact that this was a family run restaurant and you can really see the effort put in especially into the food. Thank you for an authentic Italian food experience!”

“A friend and I arrived without booking and the staff were very accommodating, we had to depart by 7.30, but arriving at 6.15 gave us plenty of time. I had king prawn and chorizo penne which was really good. Followed by cheese cake accompanied by a glass of fizz. Really good food and very good service.”

“Had a lovely meal with my wife at the Thai Basement in Ashbourne. This had been recommended by our in-laws and it didn’t disappoint. Unlike other local Thai’s, the menu is more catered towards western tastes but the food and service did not disappoint. Would recommend a visit if you’re in the area and would also advise to make a reservation and not just turn up as it gets very busy.”

“I've lived near Crich for 4 years and have only just got round to eating here. My brother and I arrived early and were worried we'd be the only ones eating there. How wrong we were! Within about half an hour, every table was taken. It's clearly a family business, and everyone at front of house is really lovely and friendly. The real winner here though, is the food. Presentation is absolutely top notch, the portions are generous (we brought some home in a doggy bag!) and the flavours are exquisite. I don't know who the chef is, but they clearly care about food and their art. We REALLY enjoyed our visit here, and will definitely be back. I feel quite lucky that such a great restaurant is located in this sleepy little village - and the rest of the locals clearly feel the same.”

“I stayed in Derby for a week and tried a few different places for breakfast. I found the book cafe to be the best. Excellent quality food. Particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs which were light and flurry. Every item on the plate was of good quality. The location of the cafe is very central and the quirky ambience adds to the experience. Only slightly marked down service as there was no table service, only order at the bar was available but that said the staff were nice and friendly. I’d gladly return to the book cafe in the future and recommend to others”

“They have an app and the full menu is well laid out and easy to select from. My food was ready and waiting on time for collection. This is still my favourite Chinese takeaway in Belper. The food is never swimming in grease like many and the portions are generous. There is always a pleasant welcome from the staff on the counter”

“We had our 35th anniversary party at the Melbourne assembly rooms and MD Pizza supplied 20 large pizza to accompany the buffet The service was fantastic the pizza came hot and bang on time and even helped us to put them out I would fully recommend MD Pizza for their outstanding service and will definitely use them again”
