The chair was just delivered, and Nuttrend must have the nicest, most patient and most knowledgeable deliveryman in the world. He not only delivered the chair, but demonstrated its controls, removed the arms at my request, showing me how to replace them if I wished, and if that weren't enough, he checked my posture in the chair and adjusted the chair till I was sitting optimally.”

“The staff at IKEA Edinburgh were so friendly & helpful, and I especially appreciate their patience in helping us to use our U.S. IKEA family account. The bathrooms were very clean and the store didn’t feel crowded during our visit. We’ve also had items shipped from the Edinburgh location and have had great experience with that side of this IKEA store, as well.”

“We bought a guest bed here about a year ago, king size, divan with a mattress included. It was great value and good to know we have a local store to talk to if we had any problems. Over the course of a year, it's probably only been slept in a few times by guests but we get compliments every time someone uses it. When we visited the store we were approached once by the salesperson, an older gentleman, who was helpful but not pushy at all. They were really flexible about delivery and held on to it for a while until we could arrange for someone to be home.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but after our first visit to Belgica I had to come and share my experience! The showroom is beautiful and offers a wide range of furniture, soft furnishings and just lots of different gorgeous little bits. I went with my kids who loved walking round investigating. The staff were very friendly and chatty. The cafe again is decorated beautifully and the staff very friendly and efficient, food arrived all at the same time, good portion sizes and quality for the price. Overall, this was a lovely day out to a beautiful place with good food and a positive, friendly atmosphere, we will definitely be back, thanks guys!”

Lady on the till was not showing enthusiasm, that she is blessed and have work. Maybe being only on Job seekers allowance will give her motivation to smile to customers, and not showing disgust for bought items. Please retrain her.”
