“After much deliberation and 5 quotations (from others) later I accepted Clerwood’s quotation for a new kitchen & utility. I attended the showroom and confirmed the design and the whole sales process was fantastic. I then had the technical survey carried out and we found an old redundant gas pipe which would cause an issue for our corner unit carousel. They amended the costs slightly to allow for the additional works and we set the installation dates. On the agreed dates (May2019) the team arrived as planned and so did the contracts manager. I found the installers clean, tidy and well mannered. David the head installer always kept us updated at the end of the day and emails from the office confirmed the next stages. The final most satisfying aspect of it all is the finished product. I can’t thank the whole team enough for their efforts and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.”

“This was the first time I had shopped in this store and was pleasantly surprised to find many of the products to my liking and taste. I made a couple of purchases from the housewares section. Before leaving the store I took the opportunity to have a coffee and something to eat in the Costa Coffee shop. That was also a very pleasant experience. “We had recently visited sainsburys and found out the hard way there was a no trooly surfing policy, I had my 12 year old in the back of the trooly and was told to put her out! SHE HAD A SORE LEG THAT DAY SHE WENT TO HOSPITAL SHORTLY AFTER!!!!!!!!! THAT IS AN OUTRAGE I OUGHT TO HAVE THIS SILL INSISTUTIKN SHUT DOWN!!!”

“Surprised by so many negative reviews. We bought a dining table from them. On site, we were greeted by warm and sincere smiles. One of their colleagues, Musken, was incredibly helpful. The sales process went super smooth. Upon delivery, two big men came within the time frame, assembled the table carefully and professionally. No complaints at all. Very pleased!”

“A brilliant place, I wish I had come here instead of buying a lot of hardware things on Amazon. The prices here are surprisingly low including this paint which was £10! They went to good lengths to control the number of customers and attempt to promote social distancing during COVID-19. Best of all was the staff; very helpful and lovely. Really enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back. I really hope people look here for their goods before before going online. They have click and collect too.”
