She was extremely helpful with our refunds and made sure our new purchases, especially the plates and bowls, were wrapped safely for the ride back home. She deserves a big raise. “Super helpful staff and the store has so much more than I expected (thought it was all uppercase and dishcloths) but the have the latest kitchen etc kit like Aarke carbonisers and Ooni ovens. Prices no more than Amazon and you can compare and contrast. The staff are really helpful and they know their stuff. We'll be back!”

There’s an incredible selection to choose from swimsuits, workout gear, pajamas, beauty products, beach towels, and more. They truly have just about everything! The store spans multiple floors, each packed with options. I absolutely loved shopping here.”

We visited the store while traveling and fell in love with some wall art, but due to our tour arrival/departure times they were going to be closed before we could get back to buy them. I was so happy when I called the store and got Laura who was so kind to take my order via phone, prepared it all so someone else could pick it up for me, she even packed everything up so it would be safe on the plane ride home! “Before coming to the shop I already had in mind the bed I wanted buy. Although that particular bed was not available to see, but the shop had quite good selection of other beds (especially considering the small size of shop), the advisor was very helpful answering our questions and showed similar products to my choice. The bed was delivered slightly quicker than the maximum waiting time. Unfortunately there was no assembly instruction included, but it was solved very quickly and we got it via email. The bed is very nice, sturdy enough, we all are very happy with it.”

“I decided to go with my own trusted expert fitter after reading some bad reviews about Wren kitchen fitters. I cannot be happier with the final result. The team at Wren Fort Kinnaird was very helpful in the design process which included several revisions with big and small changes to the initial idea. The delivery process was smooth and when one of the doors was discovered to be slightly damaged, it was quickly replaced without any problem and free of charge. The overall experience was great and I would recommend Wren as the supplier of kitchen pieces and appliances (you can ask to price match appliances if you find the same model cheaper elsewhere).”
