“Convenient, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff. I like the size of this Tesco – I can find most things I need without faffing about. Staff usually know when they’ll have stuff back in stock. The location is such that I can just have a wander around in my pajamas without turning heads.”

“We were here often in our city break and the supermarket has everything you might need! It is also open until late which is useful, and very close to the Royal Mile.”

“This store opens 24 hours between Tuesday to Friday. Located in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. 4 Self Checkouts and 4 staff checkouts. Bakery section is quite great. Generally store keeps their shelves full. Small and convenient store. Only 1 member available during night. Have small single ice cream freezer. 2 coffee machines. Sells flowers, green veg, fruits, milk, ready meals, fizzy drinks etc. Does not sell Alcohol, Tobacco and Lottery. CCTV in operation. This store is on ground floor and accessible by all including disabled and wheelchair users.”

“I would like to say about me experience back last week on June the 23rd at 17:15 I was using a self check out machine in which a had a few major things I was using while I was trying to see if a voucher I had worked and an assistant called Amy came and helped me greatly with both and had both a friendly and professional attitude and made sure the voucher worked and that all my items went through as smoothly as could be so I'd like to thank Amy for her help hope her manager sees this and commends her for it.”

“Great fresh sushi and street food, like the lovely chicken bites, in Panku kiosk at the far end of the supermarket, close to the pizza counter. That's freshly made every day and the kiosk staff is so kind. The fridge is always full and the shelves on the side has got particular crisps and drinks. Amazing!”

“Shop in my local co-op closer to home so popped in thinking it would be 10x more expensive with it being in a prime tourist area. Shockingly it was all the exact same price as back home with a cracking selection. Hot food, Costa machine and plenty of checkouts if you want in and out quick.”

“Great customer service, good standards of cleanliness and stock. It looked like they were out of ice today and I asked a female staff member to confirm if I'm looking in the right place. She let me know there was another place which I checked and it was empty. Went to pay and the staff found me having checked their back for more ice and brought it to me. My Uber eats order was completed wrong (the driver grabbed the wrong bag without speaking to store staff) I called and spoke to the manager and he was so helpful and extremely kind! The order got redelivered and he popped in a wee something as apology (which he really didn’t need to do as I know it wasn’t the stores fault). This completely made my week!
